Claims (13)
- 保持溝と、整列ガイドと、前記保持溝に平行である平面状接触面とを有する再利用可能な構成要素と共に用いるための着脱要素であって、
1つ以上のセンサと、前記保持溝を係合するように構成された保持部とを備える本体と、
前記本体に連結する電気的接触部であって、前記保持部が前記保持溝と係合するときに前記平面状接触面に接触するように構成される片持ち梁要素を備え、前記片持ち梁要素は、前記着脱要素を前記再利用可能な構成要素と結合させたときに前記接触面に沿って摺動するように構成されている、電気的接触部と、
外側輪郭を有するプリント回路基板(PCB)を備えたプリント回路基板組立体(PCBA)であって、前記PCBは前記接触部及び前記本体に連結され、前記接触部の一部は前記PCBの前記外側輪郭を超えて延在し、前記PCBの前記外側輪郭を超えて延在する前記接触部の前記一部が前記本体に連結されている、プリント回路基板組立体(PCBA)と、
を備え、
前記1つ以上のセンサのそれぞれが2つの電極を含み、前記1つ以上のセンサのそれぞれが前記電気的接触部と電気的に接続する、着脱要素。 - 前記着脱要素は、前記平面状接触面と垂直である経路に沿って再利用可能な構成要素と結合される、請求項1記載の着脱要素。
- 前記保持部は、前記着脱要素の円周の一部の周囲に延在する、請求項1記載の着脱要素。
- 前記本体は、前記再利用可能な構成要素の前記整列ガイドと嵌合するように構成された整列部を備えるものであって、前記保持部は、前記整列部が前記整列ガイドと嵌合しないときは前記保持溝を係合することができない、請求項1記載の着脱要素。
- 前記本体は、前記センサより上に配置される絶縁カバー層をさらに備える、請求項1記載の着脱要素。
- 前記本体は、光センサと発光源とをさらに備えるものであって、前記光センサ及び前記発光源が、前記電気的接触部と電気的に接続する、請求項1記載の着脱要素。
- 前記発光源は、660nm及び880nmの光を発するように構成されたデュアルエミッターを備える、請求項6記載の着脱要素。
- 前記2つの電極は、1つの中心電極と1つの環状電極とからなるものであって、前記中心電極と前記環状電極とは、同心円状の配置を有する、請求項1記載の着脱要素。
- 前記中心電極は、直径が約4.318mm(0.17インチ)である、請求項8記載の着脱要素。
- 前記環状電極は、内径が約10.16mm(0.4インチ)であり、また外径が約12.7mm(0.5インチ)である、請求項8記載の着脱要素。
- 接地面をさらに含むものであって、前記2つの電極から前記接地面までの距離は約0.4064mm(0.016インチ)である、請求項8記載の着脱要素。
- 前記2つの電極は、約2.921mm(0.0115インチ)の間隙で離間する、請求項8記載の着脱要素。
- 前記接地面は、直径が約12.7mm(0.5インチ)である、請求項11記載の着脱要素。
