Claims (4)
- 高含水比の粘土の含水比を減少させるための脱水装置であって、
所定の幅と長さと深さを有し、上面が開口して前記粘土を収容する槽の上面に、前記槽の幅方向にまたがって設置される吊下材と、
前記吊下材に上端を固定されて、前記槽内に吊下される排水材を備え、
前記排水材は、シート状であって、前記槽の深さを上回らない長さを有し、前記槽中の任意の点から最も近い前記排水材までの水平方向距離の平均を、以下の(1)式で求められる平均排水距離(L)としたとき、時間の経過に伴う前記粘土の含水比の推移と平均排水距離(L)との関係に基づき、所定の期間で含水比/液性限界が1以下となるよう、複数枚の前記排水材が前記槽の長さ方向に所定の間隔を開けて配置される
ことを特徴とする脱水装置。
- 高含水比の粘土の含水比を減少させるための脱水装置であって、

前記吊下材に上端を固定されて、前記槽内に吊下される排水材を備え、
前記排水材は、シート状であって、前記槽の深さを上回らない長さを有し、前記槽中の任意の点から最も近い前記排水材までの水平方向距離の平均を、以下の(2)式で求められる平均排水距離(L)としたとき、時間の経過に伴う前記粘土の含水比の推移と平均排水距離(L)との関係に基づき、所定の期間で含水比/液性限界が1以下となるよう、複数枚の前記排水材が前記槽の長さ方向に所定の間隔を開けて配置される
ことを特徴とする脱水装置。
- 前記排水材は、前記槽の幅を上回らない幅を有する矩形状である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の脱水装置。 - 前記排水材は、前記槽の幅より短い幅を有する短冊状であって、
前記槽の幅方向にも所定の間隔を開けて配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の脱水装置。
