Claims (3)
- 燃焼室内に、前後方向に長手で、上端に、理論空燃比より燃料濃度が希薄な淡混合気を噴出する淡炎口と、淡炎口の横方向両側に位置し、淡混合気に比し燃料濃度の濃い濃混合気を噴出する一対の濃炎口とを備える濃淡バーナが横方向に並べて複数本並設され、これら濃淡バーナを複数のバーナ組に組み分けして、燃焼するバーナ組の組み合わせを変更して燃焼能力を複数段に切換えるようにした燃焼装置であって、
これら濃淡バーナのうちの横方向に隣接する所定の2本の濃淡バーナを、何れの燃焼能力でも少なくとも一方が燃焼する特定濃淡バーナとして選択して、両特定濃淡バーナの上方に臨むようにフレームロッドを配置するものにおいて、
フレームロッドは、一方の特定濃淡バーナの淡炎口の直上部で、前後方向一方の端部から前後方向他方に向けてのびる第1縦ロッド部と、第1縦ロッド部の前後方向他方の端部から他方の特定濃淡バーナ側に向けて横方向に屈曲してのびる横ロッド部とを有し、この横ロッド部の先端は、他方の特定濃淡バーナの淡炎口の直上部に位置し、
各特定濃淡バーナの濃炎口のうち、フレームロッドの横ロッド部の直下部に位置する部分を閉塞する閉塞部材を備えることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記フレームロッドは、前記横ロッド部の先端から、前記他方の特定濃淡バーナの前記淡炎口の直上部で、前後方向他方に屈曲してのびる第2縦ロッド部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 請求項2記載の燃焼装置であって、前記各濃淡バーナは、横方向両側の前記濃炎口の横方向外側に位置する一対の外側板の上縁間に跨る前後複数のブリッジ部を有するものにおいて、
前記フレームロッドの前記横ロッド部は、前記両特定濃淡バーナの前後方向一方の端部に最寄りのブリッジ部の直上部に位置し、このブリッジ部で前記閉塞部材が構成されることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
