Claims (2)
- 複数の走査線を含むコレステリック液晶表示装置に適用されるコレステリック液晶表示装置の駆動方法であって、
ダイナミック駆動方式で各走査線を駆動し、前記ダイナミック駆動方式には画像成形段階を含むステップと、
全画面モードで前記コレステリック液晶表示装置のフレーム画面を更新し、前記フレーム画面を更新する際に前記画像成形段階で各走査線を駆動する必要な回数はNであるステップと、
非全画面モードで前記フレーム画面の一部を更新し、前記フレーム画面の一部を更新する際に前記画像成形段階で各走査線を駆動する必要な回数はMであるステップと、を含み、
MはNより大きいことを特徴とするコレステリック液晶表示装置の駆動方法。 - Nは6であり、Mは7~30である、請求項1に記載のコレステリック液晶表示装置の駆動方法。
