Description
外層は、60~95wt%のポリオレフィン、3~10wt%のエチレン共重合体、及び2~30wt%の低分子量化合物を含み、
中間層の材料は、塩化ビニリデン共重合体、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリオレフィン、エチレン共重合体、サーリン(登録商標)樹脂のうちの1種又は2種以上であり、
ヒートシール層は、50~100wt%のポリエチレン及び0~50wt%エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を含む。
外層は、60~95wt%のポリエチレン、3~10wt%のエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、及び2~30wt%の低分子量化合物を含み、
外表接着層は、15~25wt%のポリエチレン、及び75~85wt%のエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、
接着層の材料は、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸エチルポリマー、又はエチレン-無水マレイン酸共重合体であり、
中間層の材料は、塩化ビニリデン共重合体であり、
接着層の材料は、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸エチルポリマー又はエチレン-無水マレイン酸共重合体であり、
ヒートシール接着層は、15~25wt%のポリエチレン、及び75~85wt%エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、
ヒートシール層は、50~60wt%のポリエチレン、及び40~50wt%エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を含む。
S1:フィルムチューブを押し出す。
S2:共押出フィルムチューブを加熱した後、ブロー成形によりフィルムバブルを形成し、二重配向構造を得、さらに冷却硬化により多層共押出収縮性フィルムを製造する。
S3:上記収縮性フィルムを電子線架橋処理することにより、表面層をポリマー分子鎖架橋構造に形成させる。
1、本発明では、外層にパラフィン、オレアミド、ステアリン酸及びそれらの誘導体などの低分子量化合物が添加される。これらの低分子量化合物は、ヒートシールのときに熱により運動速度がポリマー分子鎖の速度よりも速いため、ポリマー中を移動し、ポリマー分子鎖の移動に影響を与える一方、同じ圧力下で、添加される低分子量化合物は、ほとんど2つの溶融の界面に移動し、ポリマー分子鎖の相互透過を阻止することができる。また、本発明では、外層を電子線架橋処理することで外層をポリマー分子鎖架橋構造に形成させることにより、ポリマー分子鎖の移動がさらに低下する。上記複数の要因の共同作用により、複数層の収縮性フィルムを重ねて加熱押出する際に、両層の収縮性フィルムの隣接する面が外層である場合、ポリマー分子鎖の相互透過が阻止され、融着しにくいため、剥離可能な界面が形成される。このような場合、外層材料の融点がヒートシール層材料の融点よりも遥かに高くなくても(0~64℃又はそれ以下高ければ)、複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに適用することができる。
S1:表2に示される各層に対応する原料を多層共押出ダイを備えた押出機に投入し、押し出してフィルムチューブを製造し、フィルムチューブを冷却処理する。
S2:共押出フィルムチューブを加熱した後、ブロー成形してフィルムバブルを形成し、二重配向構造を得、さらに冷却硬化することにより多層共押出収縮性フィルムを製造する。
S3:この収縮性フィルムを電圧範囲125-500kev、電子放射線量3-20Mradの条件で電子線架橋処理し、表面層にポリマー分子鎖架橋構造を形成する。
<重ねヒートシール性試験>
2つ又は3つの袋を重ね、真空引きしてヒートシールし、試験を10回繰り返した。接着とは、2つの袋を重ねてヒートシールした後、2つの袋の間に接触した外面が融着して分離しにくい回数をいい、回数が多いほど、重ねヒートシール効果は悪くなる。密着とは、2つの袋を重ねてヒートシールした後、2つの袋の間に接触した外面が貼り付けられルが、熱収縮した後分離できる回数をいい、回数が少ないほど、重ねヒートシール効果は良くなる。
Claims (8)
- 外層とヒートシール層とを含む複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルムであって、
外層は、線形低密度ポリエチレン、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体及び低分子量化合物を含むとともに、電子線架橋処理されており、
ヒートシール層材料は、線形低密度ポリエチレン及びエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体のうちの1種又は2種であり、
前記低分子量化合物は、オレアミド、ステアリン酸またはステアリン酸ブチルから選択される1種又は2種以上である、
ことを特徴とする、複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルム。 - 外層中の前記低分子量化合物の含有量は0.5~50wt%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルム。
- 中間層をさらに含み、
中間層の材料は塩化ビニリデン共重合体、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体、線形低密度ポリエチレン及びエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体のうちの1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルム。 - 外から内へ順に外層と、中間層と、ヒートシール層を含み、
外層は、60~95wt%の線形低密度ポリエチレン、3~10wt%のエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、及び2~30wt%の低分子量化合物を含み、
中間層の材料は、塩化ビニリデン共重合体、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体、線形低密度ポリエチレン及びエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体のうちの1種又は2種以上であり、
ヒートシール層は、50~100wt%のポリエチレン及び0~50wt%のエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルム。 - 外層と中間層の間、中間層とヒートシール層の間は、それぞれ1層又は2層の接着層により接着され、
接着層の材料は、線形低密度ポリエチレン及びエチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体のうちの1種又は2種であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルム。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルムの製造方法であって、
フィルムチューブを押し出すステップS1と、
共押出フィルムチューブを加熱した後、ブロー成形してフィルムバブルを形成し、二重配向構造を得、さらに冷却硬化により多層共押出フィルムを製造するステップS2と、
前記多層共押出フィルムを電子線架橋処理し、表面層をポリマー分子鎖架橋構造に形成させるステップS3と、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - ステップS3において、電子加速処理の電圧範囲は125-500kev、電子放射線量は3-20Mradであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複数の袋の重ねヒートシールに用いる食品包装袋用フィルムで製造されることを特徴とする、包装袋。
