Description
わち、幅方向に対して垂直な方向(上下方向や前後方向)に於いて、リム外周面22aの幅方向中間領域の径は、リム外周面22aの幅方向内側端部の径よりも大きく、かつ、リム外周面22aの幅方向外側端部の径よりも大きい。

以上説明した本実施の形態によれば、一対のリム部22の間に配置されている中央部11の上下方向に於ける最大寸法は、リム部22の内部に配置されている膨張部12の上下方向に於ける最大寸法よりも小さいため、不整地Gから中央部11までの距離が長くなり、地表面Gaから凸状の障害物があっても、この障害物との接触を最小限に抑えるため、無人探査車1の走行性能が向上する。また、上下方向に狭い空間を走行する場合には、無人探査車1の上方から下向きに凸状の障害物があったとしても、同様の作用によって、無人探査車1の走行性能が向上する。
体部11が常に水平に保たれ、カメラ40の撮影向きも常に水平に保たれる。
尚、本発明は上記実施の形態に限られたものではなく、趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変更することが可能である。
Claims (1)
- 本体部と、前記本体部の幅方向両端において同軸上に配置された一対の車輪と、前記一対の車輪をそれぞれ駆動する一対の駆動モータと、前記車輪のリム部の外周面に設けられた複数の爪と、前記本体部の後方に設けられ、地面に接地する一対の接地体と、を備える無人探査車であって、
前記リム部の前記外周面は、正の曲率の曲面で形成されており、
前記本体部は、その一部が前記一対の車輪のそれぞれの前記リム部に覆われており、
前記一対の前記接地体のそれぞれは、正の曲率で形成された部分球面状の部分を含む接地体外周面を有し、前記接地体外周面が接地するように前記本体部に上下対称に連結されている、
無人探査車。
