Claims (7)
- 電気プラグコネクタ(2)であって、
シール(1)と、
ハウジング(6)と、
前記ハウジング(6)に配置された回路基板(8)と、
前記ハウジング(6)のコンタクトチャンバ(10)に挿入され、かつ前記回路基板(8)のコンタクト通路開口部(12)を貫通する少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)とを備え、
前記シール(1)は、
前記電気プラグコネクタ(2)の前記コンタクト要素(14)を受け入れるための通路開口部(16)と、
前記通路開口部(16)に沿ってスリーブ状に延びるコンタクト封止部(18)と、
前記コンタクト封止部(18)とは反対側に配置された沿面距離増加部(20)とを備え、
前記沿面距離増加部(20)は、前記通路開口部(16)に管状につながり、かつ/または、前記通路開口部(16)から離れるように板状に延びており、
前記シール(1)の前記コンタクト封止部(18)が、前記ハウジング(6)と前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)との間の隙間(26)を封止し、前記回路基板(8)から前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)を電気的に絶縁するために、前記シール(1)の前記沿面距離増加部(20)が、前記回路基板(8)の前記コンタクト通路開口部(12)を覆う、電気プラグコネクタ。
- 前記シール(1)は、前記回路基板(8)の前記コンタクト通路開口部(12)に差し込まれ、かつ前記回路基板との2コンポーネントアセンブリ(72)を形成する封止要素(70)として構成されている、請求項1に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(2)。
- 前記回路基板(8)は、前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)の動作温度を監視するための少なくとも1つの温度センサ(78)を含み、熱伝導ブリッジ(80)が、前記シール(1)に配置され、前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)と前記温度センサ(78)との間に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)は高電圧コンタクトとして構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(2)。
- 前記電気プラグコネクタ(2)は、前記ハウジング(6)に取り付け可能なコンタクトロック要素(86)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)は、前記回路基板(8)と同一平面に延びる停止面(92)を有する肩部(94)を含み、前記コンタクトロック要素(86)は、前記ハウジング(6)に取り付けられた状態(96)で、前記停止面(92)に置かれるように構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(2)。
- 電気プラグ接続アセンブリ(4)であって、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(2)と、
前記電気プラグコネクタ(2)に相補的に構成されている相手側コネクタ(110)とを備え、
前記相手側コネクタ(110)は、前記プラグコネクタ(2)のコンタクト要素(14)ごとの相補形状の相手側コンタクト(114)と、前記回路基板(8)に接続可能な少なくとも1つの信号コンタクト(116)とを含む、電気プラグ接続アセンブリ。
- 電気プラグコネクタ(2)における、シール(1)の使用であって、
前記電気プラグコネクタ(2)は、ハウジング(6)と、前記ハウジングに配置された回路基板(8)と、前記ハウジング(6)のコンタクトチャンバ(10)に挿入され、かつ前記回路基板(8)のコンタクト通路開口部(12)を貫通する少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)とを備え、
前記シール(1)は、
前記電気プラグコネクタ(2)の前記コンタクト要素(14)を受け入れるための通路開口部(16)と、
前記通路開口部(16)に沿ってスリーブ状に延びるコンタクト封止部(18)と、
前記コンタクト封止部(18)とは反対側に配置された沿面距離増加部(20)とを備え、
前記沿面距離増加部(20)は、前記通路開口部(16)に管状につながり、かつ/または、前記通路開口部(16)から離れるように板状に延びており、
前記シール(1)の前記コンタクト封止部(18)が、前記ハウジング(6)と前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)との間の隙間(26)を封止し、前記回路基板(8)から前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(14)を電気的に絶縁するために、前記シール(1)の前記沿面距離増加部(20)が、前記回路基板(8)の前記コンタクト通路開口部(12)を覆う、電気プラグコネクタ(2)におけるシールの使用。
