- セラミック繊維補強ケイ質ダイブロックの製造方法であって、
製造原料は、質量百分率で、82~92部の石英骨材、1~2部の耐火セメント、7~15部のジルコニウム含有二酸化ケイ素の微細粉末の成分を含む主要原料を含み、
補助原料を更に含み、前記補助原料は、主要原料の総重量の0.1%~0.3%の分散剤と、主要原料の総重量の0.06%~0.1%の防爆繊維と、主要原料の総重量の0.1~1%の補強繊維と、主要原料の総重量の2%~4%の水と、主要原料の総重量の7%~12%のケイ酸ゾルとを含み、
前記石英骨材は、溶融石英であり、前記石英骨材の粒径が90μm以下であり、前記耐火セメントは、アルミナセメント又はポルトランドセメントであり、前記耐火セメントの粒径が5μm以下であり、ジルコニウム含有二酸化ケイ素の微細粉末の純度は、97%以上であり、ジルコニウム含有二酸化ケイ素の微細粉末の粒径が1μm以下であり、
前記ジルコニウム含有二酸化ケイ素の微細粉末におけるSiO2+ZrO2の質量百分率含有量は、99%超であり、ここで、ZrO2の質量百分率含有量は、2%~3%である、
ことを特徴とする、セラミック繊維補強ケイ質ダイブロックの製造方法。 - 前記分散剤は、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム及びヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムの1種又は2種の組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック繊維補強ケイ質ダイブロックの製造方法。
- 前記補強繊維は、石英繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック繊維補強ケイ質ダイブロックの製造方法。
- ダイブロックは、鋳込み成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセラミック繊維補強ケイ質ダイブロックの製造方法。
