Claims (11)
- 内部で発生したガスを外部に排出するように構成された排出ポートをそれぞれ備える複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが載置され、ガスを外部に排出する排出口が備えられたトレイと、
一方向に長く延びて前記トレイの一側及び他側にそれぞれ位置した本体部、一部分が開口して形成されて前記排出ポートとそれぞれ連結された複数の入口、及び前記入口から流れ込むガスを前記排出口まで移送するように構成されたガス排出部を備えた一対のサイドカバーと、
を含む、バッテリーパックであって、
前記複数の入口がそれぞれ前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの前記排出ポートに対向するように、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが前記トレイ上で位置決めされている、バッテリーパック。 - 前記ガス排出部は、前記トレイの排出口に近くなるほど断面積が広くなるように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記サイドカバーの本体部には、外壁で囲まれた内部空間が形成され、
前記内部空間には、一側内面から他側内面まで延びた補強リブが備えられた、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
複数の二次電池と、
前記複数の二次電池を内部に収容するモジュールハウジングと、を備え、
前記モジュールハウジングの一側及び他側のうちの少なくとも一方には、前記サイドカバーと結合されるように構成された固定部が備えられる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数の二次電池は、異常挙動が発生したとき、一側方向または他側方向にガスを排出するように構成された、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、内部に冷媒が流れるように構成された冷却パイプをさらに含み、
前記サイドカバーは、前記冷却パイプの少なくとも一部分を囲んで前記冷却パイプが内部に収容されるように構成されたパイプ収容部を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記トレイは、前記冷却パイプから冷媒が漏れる場合に漏れた前記冷媒が流れ込むように構成された臨時保管部を備える、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記サイドカバーは、
外部機器と結合されるように締結構造が形成され、前記本体部の外側に備えられた取り付け部をさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、所定温度以下で前記排出ポートを密閉し、所定温度以上では溶融して前記排出ポートを開放するように構成された止め栓を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
