Description
第1の態様;単糖が1~10質量%、二糖が6~21質量%、三糖が7~12質量%、四糖が5~10質量%および五糖以上が64~81質量%の糖組成である還元水飴。
第2の態様;デキストロース当量が26未満の水飴を還元してなる還元水飴。
《HPLCの条件》
カラム;MCI GEL CK04S(10mm ID x 200mm)
溶離液;高純水
流速;0.4mL/分
注入量;20μL
カラム温度;65℃
検出;示差屈折率検出器RI-10A(島津製作所)
《DEの測定方法》
試料2.5gを正確に量り、水で溶かして200mLとする。この液10mLを量り、1/25mol/L ヨウ素溶液(注1)10mLと1/25mol/L 水酸化ナトリウム溶液(注2)15mLを加えて20分間暗所に放置する。次に、2mol/L塩酸(注3)を5mL加えて混和した後、1/25mol/L チオ硫酸ナトリウム溶液(注4)で滴定する。滴定の終点近くで液が微黄色になったら、デンプン指示薬(注5)2滴を加えて滴定を継続し、液の色が消失した時点を滴定の終点とする。水を用いてブランク値を求め、次式1によりDEを求める。
(注1)1/25mol/L ヨウ素溶液:ヨウ化カリウム20.4gとヨウ素10.2gを2Lのメスフラスコに入れ、少量の水で溶解後、標線まで水を加える。
(注2)1/25mol/L 水酸化ナトリウム溶液:水酸化ナトリウム3.2gを2Lのメスフラスコに入れ、少量の水で溶解後、標線まで水を加える。
(注3)2mol/L 塩酸:水750mLに塩酸150mLをかき混ぜながら徐々に加える。
(注4)1/25mol/L チオ硫酸ナトリウム溶液:チオ硫酸ナトリウム20gを2Lのメスフラスコに入れ、少量の水で溶解後、標線まで水を加える。
(注5)デンプン指示薬:可溶性デンプン5gを水500mLに溶解し、これに塩化ナトリウム100gを溶解する。
1cmにカットしたつけまつげ(MBEL-006、ウエルネスボーテ)の基部に、表1の試料[1]~[5]を塗布して上腕内側に貼付けた。10分間静置した後、つけまつげの一端(貼付け部と逆側の端部)を試験機(クリープメータ;RE2-33005B(山電))のつかみに取り付けて、0.1mm/秒の引っ張り速度で引っ張った。このときの荷重を測定して荷重曲線をグラフに描いた。荷重曲線グラフの波状部の各頂点の平均値を求め、これを「接着力」とした。以上の試験を3回行い、[1]~[5]の各試料ごとに接着力の平均値を求めた。その結果を図1に示す。
試料[6]の市販接着剤に、試料[5]の低糖化還元水飴(エスイー100)を0%(w/w)、20%(w/w)、40%(w/w)または80%(w/w)となるよう混合した。これらについて、実施例1に記載の方法により接着力を測定した。その結果を図2に示す。
5%(w/w)食用色素(赤、共立食品)水溶液を、表1の試料[1]~[6]に終濃度0.5%(w/w)となるよう加えて着色接着剤を調製した。上腕内側に1cm×1cmの正方形の枠を設定し、当該枠内に着色接着剤20μ?を均一に塗布した。40分間静置した後、塗布領域全体を完全に覆うようにセロハンテープを貼り、すぐに剥離した。剥離前後の塗布領域を、色見本(日塗工番号K07-60T、日本塗料工業会色見本帳2019年)とともに撮影した。撮影した写真を図3に示す。
≪残存率の算出手順≫
(i)マグネット選択ツールで塗布領域を囲み、ヒストグラム中の全ピクセル(枠内ピクセル数)を出した。
(ii)自動選択ツールで色見本を選択(許容値40)し、全ピクセル(色見本ピクセル数)を出した。
(iii)選択範囲→色域指定で色見本を選択(許容値130)し、全ピクセル(写真中の全赤色ピクセル数)を出した。
(iv)次式1により、着色面積を算出した。式1:着色面積=(写真中の全赤色ピクセル数(iii))-(色見本ピクセル数(ii))
(v)次式2により、着色面積割合を算出した。式2:着色面積割合=(着色面積(iv))/(枠内ピクセル数(i))
(vi)次式3により、残存率を算出した。式3:残存率(%)={(剥離後における着色面積割合(v))/(剥離前における着色面積割合(v))}×100
試料[6]の市販接着剤に、試料[1]~[5]の還元水飴を0%(w/w)または20%(w/w)となるよう混合した。これらについて、実施例3に記載の方法により残存率を測定した。ただし、塗布量は20μLに代えて10μLとし、乾燥時間は40分間に代えて30分間とした。セロハンテープ剥離前後の写真を図5に、残存率を図6に、それぞれ示す。
試料[6]の市販接着剤に、試料[5]の低糖化還元水飴(エスイー100)を0%(w/w)、20%(w/w)、40%(w/w)または80%(w/w)となるよう混合した。これらと試料[5]の低糖化還元水飴(エスイー100)(100%)とについて、実施例3に記載の方法により残存率を測定した。ただし、塗布量は20μLに代えて10μLとし、乾燥時間は40分間に代えて30分間とした。セロハンテープ剥離前後の写真を図7に、残存率を図8に、それぞれ示す。
Claims (5)
- 下記の糖組成の還元水飴を有効成分とする、肌用接着剤;
単糖が1~10質量%、
二糖が6~21質量%、
三糖が7~12質量%、
四糖が5~10質量%、
五糖以上が64~81質量%。 - 下記の糖組成の還元水飴を有効成分とする、接着剤の接着力を強化する剤;
単糖が1~10質量%、
二糖が6~21質量%、
三糖が7~12質量%、
四糖が5~10質量%、
五糖以上が64~81質量%。 - 下記の糖組成の還元水飴を有効成分とする、接着剤の残存性を低下させる剤;
単糖が1~10質量%、
二糖が6~21質量%、
三糖が7~12質量%、
四糖が5~10質量%、
五糖以上が64~81質量%。 - 前記接着剤が肌用接着剤である、請求項2または請求項3に記載の剤。
- 前記接着剤がアクリル樹脂を含有する接着剤である、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載の剤。
