Description
本実施形態の車両用制動装置10の構成を詳細に説明する。車両用制動装置10は、図1に示すように、2つの電気モータ11、2つの電動シリンダ装置12、液圧ブロック13、制御ユニット16、マスタシリンダ17及びストロークシミュレータ18を備える。又、本実施形態の車両用制動装置10は、図2に示すように、直動変換機構14、動力伝達部15を備える。尚、以下の説明において、2つの電気モータ11及び2つの電動シリンダ装置12をそれぞれ「第一要素」と「第二要素」として区別する場合には、電気モータ11については第一要素の「第一電気モータ11A」及び第二要素の「第二電気モータ11B」と称呼し、電動シリンダ装置12については第一要素の「第一電動シリンダ装置12A」及び第二要素の「第二電動シリンダ装置12B」と称呼する。
上述した実施形態の車両用制動装置10は、車両に組み付けた姿勢において、電気モータ11が電動シリンダ装置12よりも鉛直方向にて下方となるように、液圧ブロック13に組み付けられるようにした。しかしながら、液圧ブロック13に組み付けられる電気モータ11及び電動シリンダ装置12の配置については限定されない。例えば、車両用制動装置10を車両に組み付けた姿勢において、電動シリンダ装置12が電気モータ11よりも鉛直方向にて下方となるように、液圧ブロック13に組み付けることも可能である。
Claims (1)
- 電気モータと、
前記電気モータに駆動されてシリンダ内を摺動するピストンの位置に応じた液圧を、前記シリンダ及び前記ピストンによって区画される液圧室に発生させ、ピストン位置に応じたブレーキ液量をホイルシリンダに供給する複数の電動シリンダ装置と、
前記電気モータを制御する電気回路が形成されている回路基板と、を備え、
複数の前記電動シリンダ装置は、互いの軸線を平行にして径方向に並んで配置され、
前記回路基板は、前記電動シリンダ装置の軸線に対して垂直に配置され、
前記複数の電動シリンダ装置は、第一電動シリンダ装置と、前記第一電動シリンダ装置と異なる第二電動シリンダ装置と、を含み、
前記電気モータは、前記第一電動シリンダ装置を駆動する第一電気モータと、前記第一電気モータと異なる電気モータであって、前記第二電動シリンダ装置を駆動する第二電気モータと、を含み、
前記第一電気モータの回転軸は前記第一電動シリンダ装置の軸線と平行であり、且つ、前記第一電気モータと前記第一電動シリンダとは径方向に並んで配置され、
前記第二電気モータの回転軸は前記第二電動シリンダ装置の軸線と平行であり、且つ、前記第二電気モータと前記第二電動シリンダとは径方向に並んで配置される、車両用制動装置。
