Claims (9)
- 駆動側の回転運動(a)を液圧ピストン/シリンダユニット(34)のピストン操作のための並進運動(b)に変換するスピンドルドライブユニット(38)を備え、前記スピンドルドライブユニット(38)と電気駆動モータ(18)との間に伝動装置ユニット(22)が配置されている、車両の液圧ブレーキシステムのための電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置において、
駆動モータ軸線(26)と前記スピンドルドライブユニット(38)の軸線(42)が径方向に互いにずらして配置され、前記液圧ピストン/シリンダユニット(34)と前記電気駆動モータ(18)が前記伝動装置ユニット(22)の軸方向の互いに向かい合う側に配置されており、
前記伝動装置ユニット(22)は、前記駆動モータ軸線(26)と同軸に配置されている遊星歯車伝動装置を有し、
前記遊星歯車伝動装置は、前記スピンドルドライブユニット(38)のスピンドル(86)を駆動する平歯車(82)と協働する出力側の中空歯車(74)を有する、
ことを特徴とする、電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。 - 駆動側の回転運動(a)を液圧ピストン/シリンダユニット(34)のピストン操作のための並進運動(b)に変換するスピンドルドライブユニット(38)を備え、前記スピンドルドライブユニット(38)と電気駆動モータ(18)との間に伝動装置ユニット(22)が配置されている、車両の液圧ブレーキシステムのための電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置において、
駆動モータ軸線(26)と前記スピンドルドライブユニット(38)の軸線(42)が径方向に互いにずらして配置され、前記液圧ピストン/シリンダユニット(34)と前記電気駆動モータ(18)が前記伝動装置ユニット(22)の軸方向の互いに向かい合う側に配置されており、
前記伝動装置ユニット(22)は、前記駆動モータ軸線(26)と同軸に配置されている遊星歯車伝動装置を有し、
前記遊星歯車伝動装置の遊星歯車(70)が段付きプラネットとして形成されている、
ことを特徴とする、電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。 - 前記遊星歯車伝動装置は、前記スピンドルドライブユニット(38)のスピンドル(86)を駆動する平歯車(82)と協働する出力側の中空歯車(74)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。
- 前記遊星歯車伝動装置の遊星歯車(70)が段付きプラネットとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。
- 前記遊星歯車伝動装置は2段に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。
- 前記液圧ピストン/シリンダユニット(34)がバルブハウジング(28)に収容され、前記電気駆動モータ(18)が前記バルブハウジングに対して支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。
- 前記電気駆動モータ(18)は、前記バルブハウジング(28)とともに取り付けられるモータハウジング(54)を有し、前記モータハウジングに遊星キャリア(72)が回転不可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。
- 前記電気駆動モータ(18)のモータ軸(58)は、前記バルブハウジング(28)内まで長く延ばされ、前記バルブハウジング内で、前記電気駆動モータ(18)の向かい側に位置する軸方向の一端に回転数センサ(78)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の電気機械的に駆動可能なブレーキ圧生成装置。
- 車両であって、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキシステムのための電気機械式ブレーキ圧生成装置を備える、車両。
