以下において、実施形態に係る電力管理システム100について説明する。図1に示すように、電力管理システム100は、ホーム施設10と、訪問施設20と、管理装置30と、電動車両(以下、EV)50と、を有する。ホーム施設10及び管理装置30は、ネットワーク120を介して接続される。訪問施設20及び管理装置30は、ネットワーク120を介して接続されてもよい。ネットワーク120は、インターネット網を含んでもよく、移動体通信網を含んでもよい。ネットワーク120は、VPN(Virtual Private Network)を含んでもよい。
以下において、実施形態に係るホーム施設10について説明する。図2に示すように、ホーム施設10は、太陽電池装置11と、蓄電装置12と、燃料電池装置13と、負荷機器14と、充電設備15と、ローカル制御装置16と、を備える。さらに、ホーム施設10は、電力計180と、電力計181と、電力計182と、を備える。
以下において、実施形態に係る訪問施設20について説明する。ここでは、訪問施設20の一例として訪問施設20Aについて説明する。訪問施設20B及び訪問施設20Cについても訪問施設20Aと同様の構成を有していてもよい。図3に示すように、訪問施設20Aは、太陽電池装置21Aと、負荷機器24Aと、充電設備25Aと、ローカル制御装置26Aと、を備える。さらに、訪問施設20Aは、電力計280Aと、電力計281Aと、電力計282Aと、を備える。
以下において、実施形態に係る管理装置30について説明する。図4に示すように、管理装置30は、通信部31と、格納部32と、制御部33と、を有する。
以下において、実施形態に係る自家消費電力について説明する。ここでは、ホーム施設10の自家消費電力を例に挙げて説明する。自家消費によって環境価値を生じる発電装置が太陽電池装置11であるケースを例示する。
以下において、実施形態に係る電力管理方法について説明する。ここでは、ホーム施設10の自家消費電力を例に挙げて説明する。
実施形態では、管理装置30は、第1情報要素及び第2情報要素を含むメッセージを受信し、第1情報要素及び第2情報要素に基づいて、発電装置からEV50への充電によって生じる環境価値の帰属主体を特定する。このような構成によれば、EV50の移動性を考慮した場合であっても、帰属主体を特定することができる。
以下において、実施形態の実施形態2について説明する。以下においては、実施形態に対する相違点について主として説明する。
以下において、実施形態2に係る電力管理方法について説明する。ここでは、ホーム施設10の自家消費電力を例に挙げて説明する。

Claims (10)
- 発電装置を有する所定施設を管理する電力管理システムであって、
前記発電装置から出力される出力電力によって、移動体に設けられる蓄電装置の充電が行われた場合に、前記移動体に関する権利者を特定する第1情報要素及び前記発電装置に関する権利者を特定する第2情報要素を含むメッセージを受信する受信部と、
前記蓄電装置の充電によって生じる環境価値の帰属主体を特定する対応関係として、前記移動体に関する権利者及び前記発電装置に関する権利者の組合せを示す対応関係を格納する格納部と、
前記第1情報要素及び前記第2情報要素の組合せが前記対応関係を満たす場合に、前記第1情報要素及び前記第2情報要素の組合せに対応する前記帰属主体を特定する制御部と、を備える、電力管理システム。 - 前記移動体から前記第1情報要素を取得した前記所定施設、又は、前記所定施設から前記第2情報要素を取得した前記移動体のうち少なくともいずれか一方は、前記メッセージを作成する、請求項1に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記第1情報要素は、前記移動体を特定する情報要素を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記第2情報要素は、前記蓄電装置の充電を実行する充電設備を特定する情報要素を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記受信部は、前記充電設備から前記メッセージを受信する、請求項4に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記格納部は、前記充電設備及び前記移動体の組合せを示す前記対応関係を格納する、請求項5に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記格納部は、前記所定施設及び前記発電装置の少なくともいずれか1つと前記移動体との組合せを示す前記対応関係を格納する、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記メッセージは、前記所定施設の自家消費電力を特定する第3情報要素を含む、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記所定施設に帰属していない第三者移動体に設けられた第三者蓄電装置の充電が前記発電装置から出力される前記出力電力によって行われる場合において、前記第三者蓄電装置に対する充電が特定されない場合に、前記帰属主体を特定せずに、前記第三者蓄電装置に対する充電が特定される場合に、前記帰属主体を特定する、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理システム。
- 発電装置を有する所定施設を管理する電力管理方法であって、
前記発電装置から出力される出力電力によって、移動体に設けられる蓄電装置の充電が行われた場合に、前記移動体に関する権利者を特定する第1情報要素及び前記発電装置に関する権利者を特定する第2情報要素を含むメッセージを受信するステップと、
前記蓄電装置の充電によって生じる環境価値の帰属主体を特定する対応関係として、前記移動体に関する権利者及び前記発電装置に関する権利者の組合せを示す対応関係を格納するステップと、
前記第1情報要素及び前記第2情報要素の組合せが前記対応関係を満たす場合に、前記第1情報要素及び前記第2情報要素の組合せに対応する前記帰属主体を特定するステップと、を備える、電力管理方法。
