Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備え、
前記プロセッサは、
放射線照射装置から照射された放射線により放射線画像を撮影する被写体の撮影部位を表す撮影部位情報を取得し、
前記被写体の放射線が透過する方向の体厚を表す体厚情報を取得し、
前記放射線照射装置に設定された撮影条件が、管電圧値を固定値とし、かつmAs値を可変値とする第1条件、管電圧値を可変値とし、かつmAs値を固定値とする第2条件、及び管電圧値を可変値とし、かつmAs値も可変値とする第3条件のいずれであるかを表す条件情報を取得し、
前記撮影部位を透過後の線量が、基準体厚における線量と同一となる放射線を照射するための前記放射線照射装置の管電圧の設定値及びmAs値の設定値を、前記撮影部位情報が表す撮影部位、前記体厚情報が表す体厚、及び前記条件情報が表す条件に基づいて導出する
設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
SID、撮影部位、放射線源に付加するフィルタ、放射線を検出する放射線検出器の種類、体厚に対する管電圧の調整に関する調整情報、及びAECにおける濃度の少なくとも1つを用いて前記設定値を導出する
請求項1に記載の設定装置。 - 前記基準体厚は、撮影部位、人種、性別、年齢、及び被写体における筋肉と脂肪との割合の少なくとも1つに基づき定められ、
前記プロセッサは、前記調整情報として、前記基準体厚に応じた基準管電圧を用いる
請求項2に記載の設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記条件情報が表す条件が前記第1条件及び前記第3条件の場合、
管電圧に対する線減弱係数を用いて、前記体厚情報が表す体厚に応じたmAs値の設定値を導出する
請求項1または請求項2に記載の設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記条件情報が表す条件が前記第2条件の場合、
前記撮影部位情報が表す撮影部位、前記基準体厚に応じた基準管電圧、及び放射線源に付加するフィルタの少なくとも1つと、前記体厚情報が表す体厚とに基づいて前記管電圧の設定値を導出する
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記撮影部位情報を撮影メニューから取得する
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
STDからSSDを減算して前記体厚を導出することで前記体厚情報を取得する
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
SIDからSSD及びTIDを減算して前記体厚を導出することで前記体厚情報を取得する
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の設定装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記管電圧の設定値及び前記mAs値の設定値を前記放射線照射装置に出力する
請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の設定装置。 - 放射線照射装置から照射された放射線により放射線画像を撮影する被写体の撮影部位を表す撮影部位情報を取得し、
前記被写体の放射線が透過する方向の体厚を表す体厚情報を取得し、
前記放射線照射装置に設定された撮影条件が、管電圧値を固定値とし、かつmAs値を可変値とする第1条件、管電圧値を可変値とし、かつmAs値を固定値とする第2条件、及び管電圧値を可変値とし、かつmAs値も可変値とする第3条件のいずれであるかを表す条件情報を取得し、
前記撮影部位を透過後の線量が、基準体厚における線量と同一となる放射線を照射するための前記放射線照射装置の管電圧の設定値及びmAs値の設定値を、前記撮影部位情報が表す撮影部位、前記体厚情報が表す体厚、及び前記条件情報が表す条件に基づいて導出する
処理をプロセッサが実行する設定方法。 - 放射線照射装置から照射された放射線により放射線画像を撮影する被写体の撮影部位を表す撮影部位情報を取得し、

前記撮影部位を透過後の線量が、基準体厚における線量と同一となる放射線を照射するための前記放射線照射装置の管電圧の設定値及びmAs値の設定値を、前記撮影部位情報が表す撮影部位、前記体厚情報が表す体厚、及び前記条件情報が表す条件に基づいて導出する
