Claims (13)
- イーサネットケーブルであって、
単線導体及び前記単線導体を取り囲む絶縁体を含む一対のコアと、
前記一対のコアを全体的に取り囲む外被とを含み、
前記一対のコアはケーブルの長手方向に撚りピッチP1を有するように互いに撚られて形成され、
前記一対のコアの撚りピッチP1は下記の式1を満たすことを特徴とする、イーサネットケーブル。
- 前記塑性変形率は有限要素解釈法による数値解釈によって測定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記塑性変形率は数値解釈プログラムとしてABAQUSプログラム(製造社:ダッソーシステム(dassault systemes))によって測定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記コアの撚りピッチは7~28mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記塑性変形率は7~25%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記一対のコアの撚りピッチP1は、下記の式2を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記単線導体の半径は0.19~0.5mmであり、その公称断面積は0.11~0.79mm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記絶縁体はポリオレフィン系樹脂を含み、前記外被はポリ塩化ビニル樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記外被は前記一対のコアの間の空間を満たす充実式外被であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記絶縁体の厚さは0.18~1.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記一対のコアと前記外被との間に備えられて前記一対のコアを取り囲む遮蔽層、及び前記一対のコアと前記遮蔽層との間の空間を埋めるベッド層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記遮蔽層はアルミニウムテープ及び金属編造体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
- 前記アルミニウムテープはアルミニウム-マイラー(Al-Mylar)テープを含み、前記金属編造体はスズメッキ銅編組体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のイーサネットケーブル。
