Claims (10)
- 内部空間を有し、一側が開かれているフレームと、
一方の端部が前記フレームの前記内部空間に配置され、他方の端部が前記フレームの一側の外部に突出する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記フレームの前記内部空間に詰め込まれる充填材と、
前記バッテリーセルを冷却できるように、前記フレームの一側と向かい合うように配置されるヒートシンクと、
前記バッテリーセルの前記他方の端部が挿し入れられる複数の挿入口を備え、前記フレームと前記ヒートシンクとの間において互いに積層される複数のセルホルダーと、
を備え、
積層される前記セルホルダーの数に応じて、前記フレームの前記内部空間の体積と前記フレームの前記内部空間に詰め込まれる前記充填材の量とが調節されるバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルホルダーは、前記バッテリーセルの前記他方の端部の周りを支持し、
前記充填材は、前記セルホルダーが位置する空間には詰め込まれず、前記バッテリーセルの前記他方の端部を除いた前記一方の端部を支持する請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルホルダーは、
前記フレームの前記内部空間の端面をカバーできるようにプレート状に形成され、その周りが前記フレームの前記一方の端部に接触されて配設される請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルホルダーは、
前記バッテリーセルが配置される構造に対応して、平面の上に互いに分離可能なように接続される複数枚の固定板を備え、
前記固定板に前記挿入口が形成される請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記固定板の少なくとも一部は、形成される前記挿入口の数が互いに異なる請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記積層されるセルホルダーの全体の厚さは、前記バッテリーセルの長さの20%以上乃至60%以下である請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレーム及び前記フレームに最も隣接するように設けられるセルホルダーのうちのどちらか一方に突起が配備され、残りの他方に前記突起が挿し入れられる結合溝が配備される請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記セルホルダーの材質はプラスチックを含み、
前記充填材の材質はシリコンを含む請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - フレームの内部空間にバッテリーセルの一方の端部を納める過程と、
前記フレームの一側に複数のセルホルダーを積層して配設し、前記フレームの外部に突出する前記バッテリーセルの他方の端部を前記セルホルダーに形成された挿入口に挿し入れる過程と、
前記バッテリーセルの前記他方の端部を除いた前記一方の端部の周りを支持するように、前記フレームの前記内部空間に充填材を注入する過程と、
を含み、
前記複数のセルホルダーを積層する過程は、
前記フレームの前記内部空間の体積と前記フレームの前記内部空間に詰め込まれる前記充填材の量とを調節できるように、積層される前記セルホルダーの数を設定する過程を含むバッテリーパックの製造方法。 - 前記積層されるセルホルダーの数を設定する過程は、
前記積層されるセルホルダーの全体の厚さを前記バッテリーセルの長さの20%以上乃至60%以下に調節する過程を含む請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
