Description
Claims (9)
- 内部空間を有し、一側が開かれているフレームと、
一方の端部が前記フレームの内部空間に配置され、他方の端部が前記フレームの一側の外部に突出する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルの他方の端部が挿し入れられる複数の挿入口を備え、前記フレームの一側に配設されるセルホルダーと、
前記バッテリーセルを冷却するように、前記セルホルダーに配設されるヒートシンクと、
バッテリーセル同士の間の空間のうちの一部に配置される複数本の支持竿と、
バッテリーセル同士の間の空間のうち、前記支持竿が配置されていない残りの空間に詰め込まれる充填材と、
を備え、
前記支持竿が配備される本数に応じて、前記充填材が詰め込まれる量が調節され、
前記セルホルダーは、複数配備されて上下に積層される、
バッテリーパック。 - 前記支持竿は、バッテリーセル同士の間の空間の断面の形状に倣って形成され、前記フレームの内部空間の高さ以下に延びる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルが一方向に沿って配置されて形成されるグループが、前記一方向と垂直に交差する方向に沿って前記バッテリーセルが一列に並べられるように配置され、各グループは、同じ数のバッテリーセルから構成され、
前記支持竿の断面の周りが四つの辺からなる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーセルが一方向に沿って配置されて形成されるグループが、前記一方向と垂直に交差する方向に沿って前記バッテリーセルが互い違いになるように配置され、
前記支持竿の断面の周りが三つの辺からなる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記支持竿の断面の周りをなす辺は、曲線と直線のうちの少なくともどちらか一方の形状に形成される、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- フレームの内部空間にバッテリーセルの一方の端部を納める工程と、
バッテリーセル同士の間の空間のうちの一部に複数本の支持竿を配設する工程と、
前記フレームの一側にセルホルダーを配設し、前記フレームの外部に突出する前記バッテリーセルの他方の端部を前記セルホルダーに形成された挿入口に挿し入れる工程と、
バッテリーセル同士の間の空間のうち、前記支持竿が配設されていない残りの空間に充填材を注入する工程と、
を含み、
前記複数本の支持竿を配設する工程は、前記充填材が詰め込まれる量が調節できるように、前記支持竿が配備される本数を設定する工程を含む、バッテリーパックの製造方法。 - 前記支持竿が配備される本数を設定する工程は、バッテリーセル同士の間の全体の空間の体積の10%以上40%以下を占めるように支持竿を配設する工程を含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
- 前記フレームの一側にセルホルダーを配設する工程は、複数のセルホルダーを上下に積層し、前記フレームに結合する工程を含む、請求項6または7に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
- 前記充填材の材料は、シリコンを含む、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
