Claims (5)
- 押出系付加製造システムのためのフィラメントの使用であって、前記フィラメントが、
A)60重量%から95重量%までの異相ポリプロピレン組成物であって、
a1)0.1重量%から4.5重量%までの範囲のエチレン誘導単位の含有量、および10重量%未満の25℃で測定されたキシレン可溶分を有する、30重量%から65重量%までのプロピレンホモポリマーまたはプロピレン/エチレンコポリマー、
a2)35重量%から85重量%までの範囲のエチレン誘導単位の含有量を有する、35重量%から70重量%までのプロピレンエチレンコポリマー(合計a1+a2は100である)、
を含み、15重量%から50重量%までの範囲のキシレン可溶分、0.5から100g/10分までの範囲のメルトフローレートMFR L(ISO 1133、条件L、すなわち230℃および2.16kg荷重)、1.5から6.0dl/gまでの範囲である25℃のキシレンに可溶性の画分の固有粘度、および10重量%から50重量%までの範囲のエチレン含有量を有する異相ポリプロピレン組成物A);ならびに
B)タルク、マイカ、炭酸カルシウム、珪灰石、ガラス繊維、およびガラス球からなるリストの中から選択される、5.0重量%から40.0重量%までのフィラー、
を含む(合計A+Bは100である)充填ポリオレフィン組成物を含み、
前記異相ポリプロピレン組成物A)が、前記a2)35重量%から85重量%までの範囲のエチレン誘導単位の含有量を有する、35重量%から70重量%までのプロピレンエチレンコポリマー以外の弾性プロピレンエチレンコポリマーゴムを含まない、フィラメントの使用。 - ポリオレフィン組成物が、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたプロピレンポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のフィラメントの使用。
- ポリオレフィン組成物が、2.0から30.0g/10分までの範囲のMFR L(条件L、すなわち230℃および10. 2.16kg荷重での、ISO 1133に準じたメルトフローレート)を有する、請求項1または2に記載のフィラメントの使用。
- 3Dプリンターによる成形品を作製する方法であって、
(i) フィラメントを提供する工程であって、
A)60重量%から95重量%までの異相ポリプロピレン組成物であって、
a1)0.1重量%から4.5重量%までの範囲のエチレン誘導単位の含有量、および10重量%未満の25℃で測定されたキシレン可溶分を有する、30重量%から65重量%までのプロピレンホモポリマーまたはプロピレン/エチレンコポリマー、
a2)35重量%から85重量%までの範囲のエチレン誘導単位の含有量を有する、35重量%から70重量%までのプロピレンエチレンコポリマー(合計a1+a2は100である)、
を含み、15重量%から50重量%までの範囲のキシレン可溶分、0.5から100g/10分までの範囲のメルトフローレートMFR L(ISO 1133、条件L、すなわち230℃および2.16kg荷重)、1.5から6.0dl/gまでの範囲である25℃のキシレンに可溶性の画分の固有粘度、および10重量%から50重量%までの範囲のエチレン含有量を有する異相ポリプロピレン組成物A)(但し、該異相ポリプロピレン組成物A)が、前記a2)35重量%から85重量%までの範囲のエチレン誘導単位の含有量を有する、35重量%から70重量%までのプロピレンエチレンコポリマー以外の弾性プロピレンエチレンコポリマーゴムを含まない);ならびに
B)タルク、マイカ、炭酸カルシウム、珪灰石、ガラス繊維、およびガラス球からなるリストの中から選択される、5.0重量%から40.0重量%までのフィラー、
を含む(合計A+Bは100である)充填ポリオレフィン組成物を含むフィラメントを提供する工程、
(ii)該フィラメントから、3Dプリンターによる成形品を作製する工程
を含む方法。 - 押出系付加製造システムによって物品を作製する方法であって、請求項1~4の充填ポリオレフィン組成物の、堆積したストランド、液滴、もしくはビーズを溶融結合することを含む方法。
