前記内面は凸状の曲面状輪郭によって画定され、前記外面は凹状の曲面状輪郭によって画定され、各曲面状輪郭は、前記塗料ノズルの中心軸に対して半径方向から軸方向に向かって向きを変え、前記塗料ノズルの塗料ノズル出口の近くで空気噴流を放出するための空気流路出口を形成するように終端し、

- 前記空気流路及び/又は前記空気流路出口は、前記塗料ノズルの周りで環状である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記空気流路の側面間の流路幅が前記空気流路出口に向かって減少する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記空気流路出口は、前記塗料ノズル出口から放出される塗料と同じ方向に空気を放出するように構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記空気キャップの外面から突出する1つ以上の角状部をさらに含み、前記1つ以上の角状部のそれぞれが前記塗料ノズル出口の下流の霧化領域に向かって補助空気流を放出するように構成されている補助空気通路を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップを含む塗料スプレーガン。
