Description
本出願は、2020年9月25日に出願された韓国特許出願第10-2020-0125154号及び2021年8月27日に出願された韓国特許出願第10-2021-0113895号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
図1は、本発明の実施例1によるボタン型二次電池の斜視図である。図2は、図1のA-Aによる断面図である。図3は、本発明の実施例1によるボタン型二次電池における溶接パターンを示す平面図である。
図4は、本発明の実施例2によるボタン型二次電池における溶接パターンを示す平面図である。図4は、図3と同様の方式で示した実施例2の溶接パターンの平面図形状である。
図5は、溶接強度試験の結果を示す実験結果表である。機械的強度試験のために、タンブル試験(tumble test)を行った結果である。図5の表は、約10個のサンプルに対してタンブル試験を行った後、不良溶接が発見されたサンプルの数字を示している。

Claims (10)
- 電極と分離膜が交互に積層されて形成される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が内部収容空間に収容されている缶ケースと、
一側は前記電極組立体の電極に連結され、他側は前記缶ケースに溶接を介して連結される電極タブと、を含み、
前記電極タブが前記缶ケースに溶接される溶接部に示される溶接パターンは、円形形状と、前記円形形状に加えられる追加形状と、を含み、
前記円形形状は、一側が開放された形状の円形形状であり、
前記追加形状は、線分形状で前記円形形状の内側に形成され、
前記線分形状の一端が前記円形形状の開放された部分を向ける、ボタン型二次電池。 - 前記溶接パターンの前記円形形状で開放された部分の開放角度は、30度以上~120度未満である、請求項1に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記円形形状の直径は、1.0mm~2.0mmの間の値を有する、請求項1または2に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記円形形状のラインの厚さは、100μm~150μmの間の値を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記追加形状の端部は、前記円形形状の描く仮想円の範囲内にある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記線分形状の追加形状に基づいて、前記溶接パターンは、対称形状である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記線分形状の追加形状は、少なくとも2個が形成され、
前記追加形状同士は、互いに並べている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。 - 前記缶ケースは、上部缶と下部缶を含み、
前記電極組立体は、前記電極と前記分離膜が交互に積層されて巻き取られたゼリーロール型電極組立体であり、
前記ゼリーロール型電極組立体の巻取中心には、中心穴が形成され、
前記溶接パターンは、前記中心穴のある位置に対応する位置に形成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。 - 前記溶接パターンは、前記下部缶の底部に形成される、請求項8に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記溶接部に形成される溶接ビード(beads)は、前記缶ケースの外部から内部に形成される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。
