Description
- 触媒コンバータの損傷につながり得る燃焼失火がない。

Claims (2)
- 自動車両の内燃機関(10)の運転方法であって、前記内燃機関(10)は、少なくとも1つの燃焼室(20)と、前記燃焼室(20)に割り当てられた副室点火プラグ(26)とを備え、かつ、複数の開口部(28)を介して前記燃焼室(20)に流体的に接続される副室とを有するものにおいて、
火花点火エンジンの形態の前記内燃機関(10)は、触媒コンバータ加熱運転で運転されるものであり、前記内燃機関(10)の各作動サイクル内で前記燃焼室(20)内の燃料空気混合気を点火させるための点火火花が前記副室において生成される点火時期、および前記各作動サイクル内で前記燃焼室(20)への最後の直接燃料噴射が行われる噴射時期は、通常運転と比較して遅くされ、前記触媒コンバータ加熱運転において、前記各作動サイクル内で、前記噴射時期と前記点火時期との間に80度超のクランク角が存在することが、前記内燃機関(10)によって実行されることを特徴とする前記方法。 - 前記触媒コンバータの加熱運転において、前記各作動サイクル内で、前記噴射時期と前記点火時期との間に90度超のクランク角が存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
