Claims (6)
- 電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィーによる3次元血液灌流画像生成方法であって、
3次元空間内に分布する電極アレイを利用して、測定対象の人体領域に対して電気インピーダンス測定を行い、電気インピーダンス測定信号を得るステップと、
前記電気インピーダンス測定信号に基づいて、画像再構成アルゴリズムにより3次元差分画像を再構成するステップと、
前記3次元差分画像から前記電気インピーダンス測定信号における血液灌流信号に反映された3次元血液灌流画像を抽出するステップと、を含む、
方法。 - 前記電極アレイは、電極が3次元の分布を呈するように、一本又は複数本のインピーダンスベルト、電極ベスト又は電極ヘッドカバーに設けられている、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記3次元差分画像から電気インピーダンス測定信号における血液灌流信号に反映された3次元血液灌流画像を抽出するステップは、さらに、
3次元差分画像における画素の時間周波数特性により3次元血液灌流画像を抽出するステップを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記3次元差分画像における画素の時間周波数特性により3次元血液灌流画像を抽出するステップは、さらに、
3次元差分画像における各画素の時間領域信号に対して、バンドパスフィルタを用いて特定の周波数範囲の信号を分離することにより、3次元血液灌流画像の該当画素の時間領域信号を形成するステップを含む、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィーによる3次元血液灌流画像生成装置であって、
測定対象の人体領域に対して電気インピーダンス測定を行い、電気インピーダンス測定信号を得るための3次元空間内に分布する電極アレイと、
前記電気インピーダンス測定信号に基づいて、画像再構成アルゴリズムにより3次元差分画像を再構成し、前記3次元差分画像から前記電気インピーダンス測定信号における血液灌流信号に反映された3次元血液灌流画像を抽出するように、メモリデバイスに記録されたプログラムを実行する画像再構成プロセッサと、を含む、
装置。 - 前記電極アレイは、電極が3次元の分布を呈するように、一本又は複数本のインピーダンスベルト、電極ベスト又は電極ヘッドカバーに設けられている、
