Description
元素周期表へのいかなる参照も、CRC Press,Inc.によって1990-1991に発行されたときのものである。この周期表の元素の族への参照は、族の番号付けの新しい表記法による。
耐破砕性は、UL-1581のセクション620またはUL 2556のセクション7.11(条件:14 AWG(米国ワイヤゲージ規格))に従って測定される。結果は、ポンド力(lb-f)で記録される。10回の測定の平均が報告される。報告した圧縮抵抗値は、耐破砕性の値は最終値であり、初期ピークからのものではない(存在する場合)。
重量平均分子量(Mw)、数平均分子量(Mn)、およびMw/Mnは、従来のサイズ排除クロマトグラフィー(SEC)によって決定する。この手法は、濃度センサーとして差動反射率計を使用し、狭い分子量分布(MWD)を有するポリスチレン(PS)標準で構築された相対キャリブレーションを使用する。

本組成物は、シラン官能化ポリオレフィンを含む。「シラン官能化ポリオレフィン」は、シランと、ポリマーの総重量に基づいて50重量%以上、または過半量の重合α-オレフィンとを含有するポリマーである。好適なシラン官能化ポリオレフィンの非限定的な例としては、α-オレフィン/シランコポリマー、シラングラフト化ポリオレフィン(Si-g-PO)、およびこれらの組み合わせが挙げられる。
本組成物は、5,000ダルトン(g/モル)を超える重量平均分子量Mwを有するヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)を含む。

本組成物は、1種以上の添加剤を含み得る。好適な添加剤の非限定的な例としては、酸化防止剤、着色剤、腐食防止剤、潤滑剤、シラノール縮合触媒、紫外線(UV)吸収剤または安定剤、ブロッキング防止剤、カップリング剤、相溶化剤、可塑剤、充填剤、加工助剤、湿気捕捉剤、焦げ付き遅延剤、金属不活性化剤、シロキサン、およびこれらの組み合わせが挙げられる。
一実施形態では、本組成物は、(A)シラン官能化ポリオレフィン(例えば、シラン官能化ポリエチレン)、(B)5,000ダルトンを超えるMwを有するヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)、(C)任意の添加剤を含む。
本開示はまた、被覆導体を提供する。被覆導体は、導体と、該導体上の被覆とを含み、被覆は組成物を含む。本組成物は、シラン官能化ポリオレフィン、5,000ダルトンを超えるMwを有するHALS、および任意の添加剤を含む。
被覆導体は、以下の特性:(i)0~24週間の、90℃での800メガオーム/3.048m、または1,000メガオーム/3.048m、または1,500メガオーム/3.048m~5,000メガオーム/3.048m、または10,000メガオーム/3.048m、または15,000メガオーム/3.048m、または20,000メガオーム/3.048m、または30,000メガオーム/3.048m、または40,000メガオーム/3.048m、または50,000メガオーム/3.048mの湿潤IR、および/または(ii)0.4、または0.5、または0.6、または0.7、または0.8、または0.9、または1.0~1.1、または1.5、または2.0、または3.0、または5.0の湿潤IR比、(iii)800lb-f(362.81kg-f)、または1,000lb-f(453.51kg-f)、または1,200lb-f(544.22kg-f)、または1,500lb-f(680.27kg-f)、または1,520lb-f(689.34kg-f)、または1,550lb-f(702.95kg-f)、または1,600lb-f(725.62kg-f)~2,000lb-f(907.03kg-f)、または2,500lb-f(1133.79kg-f)、または3,000lb-f(1360.54kg-f)の耐破砕性、および/または(iv)被覆導体が、ハロゲンフリーである、および/または(v)被覆導体が、難燃剤を全く含まない、のうちの1つ、一部、または全てを有し、かつ
組成物は、以下の特性:(1)500psi(3.45メガパスカル(MPa))、または1,000psi(6.90MPa)、または2,000psi(13.79MPa)、または2,100psi(14.48MPa)、2,150psi(14.82MPa)、または2,160psi(14.89MPa)、または2,165psi(14.93MPa)~2,200psi(15.17MPa)、または2,500psi(17.24MPa)、または3,000psi(20.68MPa)、または4,000psi(27.58MPa)、または5,000psi(34.47MPa)の破断時の引張応力、および/または(2)100%、または125%、または130%、または140%、または144%~150%、または200%、または250%、または300%、または400%、または440%、または450%、または500%、または600%、または700%、または800%の破断時の引張伸び、および/または(3)0.2MPaおよび150℃での、0%、または1%、または2%、または5%、または6%~7%、または10%、または15%、または20%のホットクリープ、および/または(4)組成物が、難燃剤を全く含まない、のうちの1つ、一部、または全てを有する。
実施例1(Ex1)および比較試料2(CS2)を、SI-LINK(商標)DFDA-5481 Natural(シラノール縮合触媒マスターバッチ)を除く表2の構成要素を、約140℃でブラベンダーを使用して5分間溶融混合することによって調製する。SI-LINK(商標)AC DFDB-5451NT(エチレン/シランコポリマー)を含有する得られたブレンドを、ワイヤ押出のために小片にペレット化する。
Claims (5)
- 組成物であって、
前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、20重量%~99.5重量%のシラン官能化ポリオレフィンであって、シラングラフト化エチレン系ポリマーおよびエチレン/シランコポリマーからなる群から選択されるシラン官能化ポリオレフィンと、
前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%~0.5重量%の5,000ダルトン(g/mol)を超える重量平均分子量Mwを有するヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)と、を含み、
前記組成物は難燃剤を全く含まず、さらに
前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、0.01重量%~3.0重量%の前記HALSとは異なるUV吸収剤と、を含む、組成物。 - 前記HALSが、5,000ダルトン超~50,000ダルトンのMwを有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記HALSが、構造(H)を有し、
- 前記組成物が、ハロゲンフリーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 被覆導体であって、
