前記第1金属磁性粒子の前記凹部は、前記第2金属磁性粒子の前記一部と同じ曲率を有する、
コイル部品の製造方法。 - 第1平均粒径を有する第1金属磁性粒子群及び前記第1平均粒径よりも小さな第2平均粒径を有する第2金属磁性粒子群を含む磁性材料を圧縮成形して成形体を形成する圧縮成形工程と、
前記圧縮成形工程により得られた成形体を加熱して基体を得る熱処理工程と、
前記基体にコイル導体を設けるコイル設置工程と、
を備え、
記第1金属磁性粒子群は、第1変形強度を有する第1金属磁性粒子を含み、
前記第2金属磁性粒子群は、前記第1金属磁性粒子と隣接して配置され、コア部と、前記コア部の表面に設けられた絶縁膜と、を有し、前記第1変形強度よりも大きな第2変形強度を有する第2金属磁性粒子を含み、
前記圧縮成形工程においては、前記第2金属磁性粒子の一部が前記第1金属磁性粒子の内側に向かって押し込まれることにより前記第1金属磁性粒子の表面に前記第2金属磁性粒子の前記一部に対応する形状の凹部が形成されるように前記磁性材料が圧縮成形され、
前記第1金属磁性粒子の前記凹部は、前記第2金属磁性粒子の前記一部と同じ曲率を有する、
