本願は、2020年12月3日に中国知識財産権局に提出された、出願番号が202022900737.2で、出願名称が「レーザーレーダー」の中国特許出願の優先権を主張し、その全ての内容が参照によって本願に組み込まれる。
本願の実施例は、レーダーの技術分野に関し、特に、レーザーレーダーに関するものである。
前記照射モジュールは目標領域へレーザー光を照射するように設置され、各前記受光モジュールは対応する前記照射モジュールの照射したレーザー光が前記目標領域で反射された反射光を受光するように設置され、前記照射モジュールは少なくとも1つの発光器を含み、前記受光モジュールは少なくとも2つの受光器を含み、前記照射モジュールにおける各発光器はそれぞれ前記少なくとも2つの受光器に対応するレーザーレーダーを提供する。
Claims (5)
- 一対一に対応する少なくとも1つの照射モジュールと少なくとも1つの受光モジュールを含み、
前記照射モジュールは目標領域へレーザー光を照射するように設置され、各前記受光モジュールは対応する前記照射モジュールの照射したレーザー光が前記目標領域で反射された反射光を受光するように設置され、前記照射モジュールは少なくとも1つの発光器を含み、前記受光モジュールは少なくとも2つの受光器を含み、前記照射モジュールにおける各発光器はそれぞれ2つの前記受光器に対応するレーザーレーダーであって、
前記受光器は、受光した前記反射光を電気信号に変換するように設置される光電変換ユニットと、前記電気信号を増幅するように設置される増幅ユニットと、前記増幅ユニットの増幅した電気信号に対してサンプリングを行ってサンプリング信号を生成するように設置されるサンプリングユニットとを含み、
前記増幅ユニットがそれぞれ前記光電変換ユニットと前記サンプリングユニットに電気的に接続されており、
更に、前記サンプリングユニットに電気的に接続されており、前記サンプリング信号を処理して点群データを生成するように設置されるデータ処理モジュールを含み、前記光電変換ユニットはアバランシェフォトダイオードを含み、
前記レーザーレーダーは、前記照射モジュールと前記受光モジュールが固定的に接続されており、回転軸の回りに転動するように前記照射モジュールと前記受光モジュールを連動させるように設置される転動機構と、
前記回転軸の延在方向と平行する第2方向に沿って並べられている複数の照射モジュールとをさらに含むレーザーレーダー。 - 前記増幅ユニットは、トランスインピーダンスアンプと2次増幅器を含み、前記トランスインピーダンスアンプがそれぞれ前記光電変換ユニットと前記2次増幅器に電気的に接続され、前記2次増幅器が前記サンプリングユニットに電気的に接続されている請求項1に記載のレーザーレーダー。
- 所定の照射周期でレーザー光を照射するように配置される1つの前記照射モジュールを含み、前記転動機構の1の前記照射周期内での転動角度がθ1であり、前記照射モジュールの照射したレーザー光の第1方向に沿ったビーム広がり角がθ2であり、θ1がθ2以下であり、前記第1方向が前記回転軸の延在方向に垂直である請求項1に記載のレーザーレーダー。
- 各照射モジュールの照射したレーザー光が対応する走査範囲を形成し、隣接する2つの前記照射モジュールに対応する走査範囲が異なり且つ重畳領域が存在する請求項1に記載のレーザーレーダー。
- 前記照射モジュールは所定の照射周期でレーザー光を照射するように配置され、前記転動機構の1の前記照射周期内での転動角度がθ3であり、前記照射モジュールの照射したレーザー光の第1方向に沿ったビーム広がり角がθ4であり、θ3がθ4以下であり、前記第1方向が前記回転軸の延在方向に垂直である請求項4に記載のレーザーレーダー。
