Claims (9)
- 上側の基面から下側の先端面に先細になる複数の収容部を有する型でマイクロニードルアレイを製造する方法であって、
第1要素を、前記基面から間隔を空けて配置されている供給口を形成する前記先端面を通して少なくとも2つの収容部に供給し、
更なる要素を前記供給口の上側から前記収容部に充填し、
少なくとも前記第1要素及び前記更なる要素から形成された、前記少なくとも2つの収容部の充填物を、前記基面の上側で互いに連結し、
前記第1要素及び前記更なる要素を固化した後、ニードルを形成すべく固化された前記充填物を有するマイクロニードルアレイを前記型から外すことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1要素を供給した後、少なくとも複数の先端面を、前記型に対して移動可能なサブシェルによって閉じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によってマイクロニードルアレイを製造する装置であって、
型を備えており、
前記型は、上側の基面から下側の先端面に先細になる複数の収容部を有しており、
前記収容部は、前記基面から間隔を空けて配置されている供給口を夫々有しており、
個々の収容部の供給口は、前記収容部の先端面を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記供給口は、リザーバを形成する供給チャンバに前記収容部を連結することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 個々の供給口の断面の表面積が0.01平方ミリメートル以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記先端面は一平面内にあることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記先端面は閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記型の上側に配置される圧縮装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記型の上面、底面及び前記収容部の表面が少なくとも一部の領域で非接着性を有するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
