- 上面に第1の粘着層を設けた支持基板と、
前記支持基板における第1の粘着層の上面に設けた磁性層と、
前記磁性層を第2の粘着層を介して磁性層の上面および側面を覆うように設けたバリアフィルムとを備えた磁気スケール。 - 前記支持基板の上面に凹部を設け、前記磁性層が支持基板における凹部に埋設された請求項1記載の磁気スケール。
- 前記支持基板の上面よりも磁性層の上面の高さが高い構造とした請求項2に記載の磁気スケール。
