Description
Claims (3)
- ハイス(High Speed Steel:HSS)加工工程の廃棄物から、Mo、W、Co、Cr、及びVのいずれか一つ又は複数を含有する組成のHSS母合金を製造するリサイクル方法であって、
2~10重量%のW、1~5重量%のCr、0.5~2重量%のV、1~10重量%のMo、及び1~10重量%のCoを含むHSS加工工程の廃棄物を前処理する前処理段階であって、
前記HSS加工工程の廃棄物から、研磨工程で発生するHSSスラッジであるHSS工程汚泥と、各種切削加工工程で発生するチップ、屑、金属帯などのスクラップであるHSS旋削屑と、工程に使用して廃棄されるHSS工具、金型、部品及びHSS加工工程中に発生するかけらであるHSS屑と、を分離する分離段階と、
K 2 O、Al 2 O 3 、及びSiO 2 を含む酸化物と、前記HSS工程汚泥とを混合して、K 2 O:Al 2 O 3 :SiO 2 のモル数比が1:1:2~1:1:6であって融点が800~1700℃である混合物を形成する混合段階と、
を含む、前処理段階;
真空雰囲気下または不活性ガス雰囲気下1500~1700摂氏温度(℃)の溶融炉に、前記HSS屑の一部、前記混合物の一部、前記HSS旋削屑の一部、前記混合物の残量、前記HSS旋削屑の残量、及び前記HSS屑の残量を順次に装入し、次いで、前処理された前記HSS加工工程の廃棄物の重量を基準に、1~2重量%のフェロタングステン、4~5重量%のフェロモリブデン、及び0.5~1重量%のフェロコバルトを添加することによって前記溶融炉の温度を1時間から8時間1500~1700摂氏温度に維持し1次溶融させて、1次溶融物を形成する1次溶融段階;
前記1次溶融物を保温炉に移動して、前記1次溶融物の脱ガス及び前記1次溶融物の不純物の精製を行って、1次溶融物精製物を形成する精製段階;
前記1次溶融物精製物をインゴット(ingot)鋳造して、インゴットを製造する製造段階;及び
フェロモリブデン、フェロタングステン、フェロコバルト、フェロクロム、及びフェロバナジウムのうち少なくとも一つと、前記インゴットとを1000~1300℃で2次溶融させて、2次溶融物を形成する2次溶融段階;を含む、
HSS加工工程の廃棄物からHSS母合金を製造するリサイクル方法。 - 前記製造段階で製造された前記インゴットは
(1)5~10重量%のW、3~6重量%のCr、1~6重量%のV、及び6~11重量%のMo;(2)5~10重量%のW、3~6重量%のCr、1~6重量%のV、6~11重量%のMo、及び4~12重量%のCo;(3)5~12重量%のMo、3~6重量%のCr、1~6重量%のV、及び6~11重量%のW;及び(4)5~12重量%のMo、3~6重量%のCr、1~6重量%のV、6~11重量%のW、及び4~12重量%のCoの中でいずれか一つの組成を有し、
C、O、Al、Si、P、Cl、Mn、及びNiのうち少なくとも一つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のHSS加工工程の廃棄物からHSS母合金を製造するリサイクル方法。 - 前記前処理段階は、
前記HSS加工工程の廃棄物を比重選別し、前記HSS加工工程の廃棄物からFeよりも軽い物質を分離する比重選別段階をさらに含み、
前記比重選別段階は、
前記HSS加工工程の廃棄物の水分を80~100℃で乾燥し、前記乾燥したHSS加工工程の廃棄物の油分をアルカリ及びアルコールのうちの少なくとも一つで洗浄して乾燥し、乾式比重選別済廃棄物を得る乾式比重選別段階と、
前記乾式比重選別済廃棄物を水と混合し、揺動テーブルで比重選別を行う湿式比重選別段階と、
を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のHSS加工工程の廃棄物からHSS母合金を製造するリサイクル方法。
