Claims (5)
- それぞれ平板状の基板Aおよび基板Bを接合することによって構成されており、
基板Aは内部に連通した細孔が形成された領域Cを備えており、
領域Cは基板Aと基板Bの接合面Sに対して少なくとも部分的に接しており、
それぞれ少なくとも部分的に接合面Sにおいて領域Cに接しておりかつ少なくとも部分的に同一平面に存在する導入流路Eおよび回収流路Fが形成されており、
導入流路Eおよび回収流路Fは互いに直接的に接触しないように配置されており、
導入流路Eは液体を導入できる少なくとも1つの入口Iおよび液体を排出できる少なくとも1つの出口Jを有しており、
回収流路Fは液体を排出できる少なくとも1つの出口Kを有しており、
基板Aは、内部に連通した細孔が形成されておらず、接合面Sに少なくとも部分的に接する領域Dを備えており、
導入流路Eは、接合面Sに接し、かつ領域Cと出口Jの間において領域Dに接する流路部分Gを備えており、
基板Bに接した領域Cにおいてろ過を行う、
クロスフローろ過装置。 - 導入流路Eおよび回収流路Fは、少なくとも部分的に、互いに平行ならせん形状に配置されている、
請求項1に記載のクロスフローろ過装置。 - 導入流路Eは、液体を導入できる少なくとも2つの入口Iおよび入口I’を備えている、
請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載のクロスフローろ過装置。 - 導入流路Eの直径、幅、あるいは深さの値は、少なくとも部分的に500マイクロメートル以下である、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のクロスフローろ過装置。 - 導入流路Eと回収流路Fの間の距離は、最も短い部分においても200マイクロメートル以上である、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のクロスフローろ過装置。
