Description
Claims (21)
- 付加製造システムでのコンポーネントの自動修復のための方法であって、
a)コンポーネントの修復されるべき表面を含む修復領域(O)を指定し、前記修復領域(O)内に、さまざまなパスポイント(PFp)を含むツールパス(PF)を設定するステップと、
b)前記設定されたツールパス(PF)に沿った前記コンポーネントの表面と所望の形状との間のツール方向における前記パスポイント(PFp)での偏差、すなわちデータ値(DW)を決定することによって、測定サイクルにおいて前記修復領域(O)における前記コンポーネントの状態を決定し、それにより前記決定した偏差が、前記パスポイント(PFp)でのコンポーネントの理想的な表面に対応する、事前定義されたゼロ平面に対する、それぞれの前記パスポイント(PFp)での前記修復領域(O)の深さとなる、ステップと、
c)前記付加製造システムのツールをオン及びオフに切り替えることによって付加製造を用いて少なくとも1回の充填サイクルで、前記設定されたツールパス(PF)に沿って充填材を選択的に適用するステップであって、前記ツールパス(PF)の一部又は全部を、前記ツールが1つのパスポイント(PFp)から次のパスポイント(PFp)へ一充填サイクルにおいて移動し、前記充填材を適用するための前記付加製造システムの前記ツールが、ターゲットパスポイント(PFp)での前記データ値(DW)と事前決定可能な閾値との間の差の関数として選択的に作動する、ステップと、
を含み、
前記ツールパス(PF)が、少なくとも1回の充填サイクルにおいて前記付加製造システムの前記ツールが移動する移動経路に対応し、
前記設定されたツールパス(PF)が、前記付加製造システムの前記ツールの移動経路及び前記偏差を決定するための測定器の移動経路である、
前記方法。 - 前記データ値(DW)が、前記ツール方向における前記コンポーネント表面の前記偏差を示し、前記ツール方向が、前記ツールパス(PF)がある、選択された表面に直交する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記設定されたツールパス(PF)のパスセグメント(PFs)又は前記パスポイント(PFp)についての前記決定されたデータ値(DW)が閾値以上であるとき、充填サイクルにおいて前記設定されたツールパス(PF)の前記パスセグメント(PFs)に沿って前記充填材が選択的に適用される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 2つのパスポイント(PFp)によってパスセグメント(PFs)が区切られ、前記パスセグメント(PFs)が直線で延在する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値が一充填サイクルにおいて一定である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数の充填サイクルが実行され、最終表面がターゲット表面に対応する前記修復領域において達成されるまで毎回厚さ値によって前記閾値が減少し、前記厚さ値が、一充填サイクルにおいて適用される前記充填材の高さに対応する、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ステップb)の結果が、前記決定されたデータ値(DW)からなるアレイであり、最初の充填サイクルについての前記閾値が、前記アレイの最大値又は最小値及び/又は定数に基づいて設定される、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記閾値が、さらなる充填サイクルにおいて厚さ値によって減少し、前記厚さ値が、一充填サイクルにおいて適用される前記充填材の高さに対応する、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記測定サイクルの前記決定されたデータ値(DW)が、前記充填サイクルに直接用いられる、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記決定されたデータ値(DW)が、データ変換なしで前記充填サイクルにおいて前記閾値との比較に用いられる、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ツールパス(PF)が、前記付加製造システムの作用径(WorkDia)、特にレーザの直径を考慮に入れて画定され、前記修復領域(O)全体をカバーする、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ツールパス(PF)が、曲折形状に構成された非重複連続ポリラインである、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記付加製造システムのツールが、前記設定されたツールパス(PF)に沿ってパスポイント(PFp)から隣接するパスポイント(PFp)へと移動し、各パスポイント(PFp)で、それぞれのパスポイント(PFp)の前記決定されたデータ値(DW)と前記閾値との比較が実行され、前記閾値を超えると前記ツールが作動する、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくともステップb)及びc)を完全に自動的に実行することができる、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ステップc)が、前記設定されたツールパス(PF)のパスポイント(PFp)に沿って前記ツールを移動させるステップを含み、
前記データ値(DW)が前記閾値より大きいパスポイント(PFp)に到達するとレーザが作動し(A)、前記データ値(DW)が前記閾値以下であるパスポイント(PFp)に到達すると前記レーザが停止し(B)、
一充填サイクルの後に、前記閾値が減少するさらなる充填サイクルが続く、
請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記設定されたツールパス(PF)が平行なセグメントを含み、隣接するセグメント間の距離がレーザの作用径に応じて画定される、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記付加製造システムがレーザを含み、ステップc)が、
パスポイント(PFp)での前記データ値(DW)と前記閾値との間の比較の結果に応じて、前記パスポイント(PFp)で前記レーザをオン及びオフに切り替えるステップ
を含む、請求項1~16のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 測定プローブ、光学センサ、静電容量センサ、又は誘導センサを用いて、前記偏差を決定する、請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実行するための手段を含むデータ処理のための装置を含む付加製造システム。
- コンピュータによって実行されると、請求項1に記載の方法を前記コンピュータに行わせる命令を含む、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
