Description
本開示は、開示全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれている、2018年6月1日に中国国家知識産権局に出願された中国特許出願第201821172020.7号の利益を主張するものである。
Claims (12)
- 受取り通路が形成されたハウジングと、
挿入方向に挿入され、前記受取り通路内に取り付けられた端子とを備え、
少なくとも1つの制限突起が、前記受取り通路の壁に設けられ、前記制限突起は、前記端子が前記受取り通路に事前挿入されるとき、前記端子に当接して前記端子の一部分を前記受取り通路の外側で保持するように構成されており、
前記制限突起は、前記端子によってこすり取られて、前記端子を前記受取り通路に完全に挿入して取り付けることを可能にするものであり、
前記端子は、
本体部と、
前記本体部の2つの対辺から前記本体部の上側に向かって上方へ延びる2つの固定アームであって、前記端子の前端から挿入された嵌合端子を前記本体部と前記固定アームとの間で固定する固定アームと、
前記本体部の後端に接続された圧着部とを備えており、
前記圧着部は、前記本体部の一方の側から前記挿入方向に直交する方向に外方へ延びている、
コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記受取り通路の後端で前記挿入方向に直交する前記方向に外方へ延びる補助受取り部を有するようにさらに形成され、前記補助受取り部は、前記端子の前記圧着部を受け取るように前記受取り通路と連通している、
請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記挿入方向に延びる位置決め部が、前記受取り通路の頂壁に設けられ、前記位置決め部は、前記端子が前記ハウジングに事前挿入されるとき、それぞれ前記端子の前記固定アームを案内して前記受取り通路に挿入させ、前記固定アームを前記受取り通路内に位置決めするように構成されている、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記制限突起は、前記受取り通路の底壁に位置している、
請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- 受取り通路が形成されたハウジングと、
挿入方向に挿入され、前記受取り通路内に取り付けられた端子とを備え、
少なくとも1つの制限突起が、前記受取り通路の壁に設けられ、前記制限突起は、前記端子が前記受取り通路に事前挿入されるとき、前記端子に当接して前記端子の一部分を前記受取り通路の外側で保持するように構成されており、
前記制限突起は、前記端子によってこすり取られて、前記端子を前記受取り通路に完全に挿入して取り付けることを可能にしており、
前記端子は、
本体部と、
前記本体部の2つの対辺から前記本体部の上側に向かって上方へ延びる2つの固定アームであって、前記端子の前端から挿入された嵌合端子を前記本体部と前記固定アームとの間で固定する固定アームと、
前記本体部の後端に接続された圧着部とを備えており、
前記圧着部は、前記挿入方向とは反対の方向に延びており、
前記挿入方向に延びるリブが側壁に設けられ、前記リブは前記制限突起を備えており、
前記挿入方向に延びる位置決め部が、前記受取り通路の前記側壁に設けられ、前記位置決め部は、前記端子が前記ハウジングに事前挿入されるとき、それぞれ前記端子の前記固定アームをそれぞれ案内して前記受取り通路に挿入させ、前記固定アームをそれぞれ位置決めするように構成されている、

- 前記挿入方向に延びる案内スロットが、前記受取り通路の底壁に設けられており、前記端子の底壁の下方突出部を案内するようになっている、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記端子は、前記挿入方向とは反対の方向に前記端子の底壁から斜め上方へ延びる解放アームをさらに備え、前記解放アームは、上方へ曲がっている後端を有し、前記後端は、完全に挿入された前記端子に対して前記ハウジングが後方へ動かされたとき、前記挿入された嵌合端子を解放するように前記ハウジングによって押し下げられる駆動部として働くようになっている、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記端子は、前記解放アームに形成された固定突起をさらに備え、前記固定突起は、前記嵌合端子の固定孔と協働して前記嵌合端子を前記本体部と前記固定アームとの間でロックするように構成されている、
請求項7に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記受取り通路の頂壁から下方へ延びる傾斜壁をさらに備え、前記傾斜壁は、前記完全に挿入された端子に対して前記ハウジングが後方へ動いたとき、前記駆動部を下方へ駆動して前記固定突起を前記固定孔から切り離し、前記挿入された嵌合端子を解放するように構成されている、
請求項8に記載のコネクタ。
- 挿入方向に挿入されて取り付けられる端子を受け取るように構成された受取り通路を備えているコネクタハウジングであって、
少なくとも1つの制限突起が、前記受取り通路の壁に設けられ、前記制限突起は、前記端子が前記コネクタハウジングに事前挿入されるとき、前記端子に当接して、前記端子の一部分を前記コネクタハウジングの外側で保持するように構成されており、
前記受取り通路の後端で前記挿入方向に直交する方向に外方へ延びる補助受取り部をさらに備え、前記補助受取り部は、前記端子の圧着部を受け取るように前記受取り通路と連通している、
コネクタハウジング。
- 前記制限突起は、前記端子によってこすり取られて、前記端子を前記受取り通路に完全に挿入して取り付けることを可能にする、
請求項10に記載のコネクタハウジング。
- 前記挿入方向に延びる位置決め部が、前記受取り通路の頂壁に設けられ、前記位置決め部は、前記端子が前記コネクタハウジングに事前挿入されるとき、前記端子を案内して前記受取り通路に挿入させ、前記端子を前記受取り通路内に位置決めするように構成されている、
