Description
本実施形態では、本発明の一実施形態に係る抗ウイルス機能を有するコーティング膜100、及びコーティング膜100の製造方法について、図1~図16を参照して説明する。本明細書等において、抗ウイルスとは、病原体ウイルスの不活性化を意味する。
病原体ウイルスの感染拡大を防ぐためには感染経路の把握が重要である。例えば、コロナウイルスの感染経路は、接触感染及び飛沫感染であると言われている。接触感染には感染者との直接接触による唾液や体液による感染、及び物を介して起こる間接接触による感染がある。固体表面を介した飛沫感染に対してはアルコールを用いて拭くことが対策となり得る。しかしながら、電車のシートやつり革、エスカレータの手すりなど、十分な対応が難しい場所も多く存在する。
図1Aは、本発明の一実施形態に係る抗ウイルス機能を有するコーティング膜100を示す図である。図1Aに示すように、コーティング膜100は、基材101上に設けられている。コーティング膜100は、疎水基又は親油基、及び親水基を有する界面活性剤120と、表面に、界面活性剤120を担持することが可能な空孔111を有する膜110と、を有する。
次に、コーティング膜100の表面において、エンベロープ型のウイルスを破壊させるメカニズムついて説明する。図3~図4Bは、本発明の一実施形態に係るコーティング膜表面におけるエンベロープ型ウイルスを破壊するメカニズムを説明する図である。図3~図4Bでは、エンベロープ型ウイルスの一例を示している。
次に、コーティング膜100の表面において、ノンエンベロープ型のウイルスを破壊させるメカニズムついて説明する。図13は、本発明の一実施形態に係るコーティング膜100の表面におけるノンエンベロープ型ウイルスを破壊するメカニズムを説明する図である。図13では、ノンエンベロープ型ウイルスの一例を示している。
次に、コーティング膜100の製造方法について、図14A~図14Cを参照して説明する。
次に、コーティング膜100Aの製造方法について、図15A~図15Dを参照して説明する。図15A~図15Dに示す製造方法では、界面活性剤120が担持された多孔質粒子10を用いて多孔質粒子10を堆積することで、コーティング膜100を製造する方法について説明する。
実施例1として、5cm×5cmのSUS基板上に、AD法によって3μmのアルミナ(Al2O3)の多孔質膜(ナノポーラス膜)を4cm×4cmとして形成した。当該多孔質膜に、128μg/cm2のクロルヘキシジンを塗布した。実施例1は、コーティング膜に相当する。
比較例1として、SUS基板(5cm×5cm)に、128μg/cm2のクロルヘキシジンを塗布した。

- 疎水基又は親油基、及び親水基を有する有機化合物と、
表面に、前記有機化合物を担持することが可能な空孔を有するセラミックス膜と、を有し、
前記セラミックス膜は、厚み方向に貫通する前記空孔を含む多孔質膜であり、
前記セラミックス膜の膜厚は、1μm~10μmである、コーティング膜。 - 前記有機化合物は、親油基の炭素数が5以上であり、室温において揮発性がない、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記多孔質膜の空孔率は、5%以上60%以下である、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記有機化合物は、アビエチン酸系化合物である、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記有機化合物は、クロルヘキシジンである、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記空孔の孔径は、1.2μm以上である、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記空孔の孔径は、80nm未満である、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記空孔の孔径は、1nm以下である、請求項7に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記有機化合物は、前記セラミックス膜の表面の前記空孔に親油基が吸着し、親水基が露出する、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
- 前記有機化合物は、前記セラミックス膜の表面の前記空孔に親水基が吸着し、親油基が露出する、請求項1に記載のコーティング膜。
