Claims (2)
- 無菌充填システムにおいて飲料用の水を除菌するためのシステムであって、
水を60℃以上80℃以下の所定の温度に加熱するための加熱装置と、
前記加熱装置によって加熱された前記水を除菌するためのフィルタと、
前記フィルタによって除菌された前記水を、60秒以内の時間で保温するための保持手段と、
を備える、除菌システム。 - 無菌充填システムにおいて飲料用の水を除菌するための方法であって、
水を60℃以上80℃以下の所定の温度に加熱することと、
加熱された前記水をフィルタに通して、前記水を除菌することと、
前記フィルタによって除菌された前記水を、60秒以内の時間で保温することと、
を含む、除菌方法。
