Claims (10)
- バッテリーパックであって、
外観を形成するパックケースと、
前記パックケース内に備えられ、少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを含む複数個のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールの間に備えられる少なくとも一つの断熱部材と、
前記少なくとも一つの断熱部材と離隔し、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールのうちいずれか一つのバッテリーモジュールと接続され、前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールのうち少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールの熱暴走時、前記いずれか一つのバッテリーモジュールを外部短絡させるエネルギードレインユニットと、を含み、
前記エネルギードレインユニットは、2つのバッテリーモジュールに挟まれた特定の1つのバッテリーモジュールのみに接続されていることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記エネルギードレインユニットは、
前記いずれか一つのバッテリーモジュールのバッテリーセルと接続され、オンオフ動作可能に設けられるリレーユニットと、
前記リレーユニットと接続され、前記パックケースの外部に設けられる抵抗ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記エネルギードレインユニットは、
前記パックケースの外部に備えられ、前記リレーユニットと前記抵抗ユニットを収容するドレインケースを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールのうち少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールの熱暴走時、前記リレーユニットのスイッチがオンされ、前記いずれか一つのバッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの貯蔵エネルギーは、前記抵抗ユニットによって熱エネルギーに変換されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記抵抗ユニットは、前記エネルギードレインユニットの外部の冷却装置と連結され、前記冷却装置から供給される冷却剤が満たされることを特徴とする、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記抵抗ユニットは、
前記冷却装置から前記冷却剤の供給を受けるための供給パイプと、
前記供給パイプと離隔し、前記冷却剤を前記冷却装置へ送るための排出パイプと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記抵抗ユニットは、内部に絶縁油が満たされることを特徴とする、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールは、少なくとも三つ備えられ、各々複数個のバッテリーセルを含み、
前記少なくとも三つのバッテリーモジュールは、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向に沿って相互に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記エネルギードレインユニットは、前記少なくとも三つのバッテリーモジュールのうち中央に配置されるバッテリーモジュールと接続されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする、電力貯蔵装置。
