[00095]サンプル1を、VDA-275によるホルムアルデヒド放出試験のために、射出成形して80mm×50mm×1mmの板(plaque)にした。以下の放出結果が得られた。

請求項2に記載のポリマー組成物であって、無機核剤がタルクを含み、タルクは前記ポリマー組成物中に約0.1重量%~約1重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリマー組成物はヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウムを含む酸スカベンジャーをさらに含有し、前記ヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウムは前記ポリマー組成物中に約0.01重量%~約1重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリマー組成物はエチレンビス(ステアラミド)をさらに含有し、前記ポリマー組成物はポリマー核剤を含まない、前記ポリマー組成物。

ポリオキシメチレンポリマーが前記ポリマー組成物中に約90重量%を超える量で存在する、請求項21に記載のポリマー組成物。

請求項1~22のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物から製造される成形品。

生活家電製品の部品を含む、請求項23に記載の成形品。
[請求項25]
コンベヤー部品を含む、請求項23に記載の成形品。

Claims (23)
- ポリマー組成物であって、
当該ポリマー組成物中に60重量%を超える量で存在し、温度190℃及び荷重2.16kgで試験された場合に1cm3/10分~80cm3/10分のメルトボリュームフローレイトを有するポリオキシメチレンポリマーと;
タルクを含む無機核剤と;
抗酸化剤と;
一つ又は複数の着色剤と
を含み、
前記一つ又は複数の着色剤が前記ポリマー組成物中に分散剤と共に存在し、前記分散剤がポリエチレンポリマーを含み、前記ポリエチレンポリマーは500g/mol~10,000g/molの分子量を有し、前記ポリエチレンポリマーは非極性であり、そして
当該ポリマー組成物は、グアナミン、尿素又はメラミンホルムアルデヒドスカベンジャーを含まないが、VDA試験275に従って試験された場合に15ppm未満のホルムアルデヒド放出を示し、そしてホルムアルデヒド溶出試験に従って水中40℃の温度で10日間試験された場合に15ppm未満のホルムアルデヒド溶出可能含量を示す、
前記ポリマー組成物。 - すべてのホルムアルデヒドスカベンジャーを含まない、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- タルクは前記ポリマー組成物中に0.01重量%~1重量%の量で存在する、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー組成物。
- さらに酸スカベンジャーを含有し、該酸スカベンジャーはカルボン酸塩を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- カルボン酸塩がカルボン酸のアルカリ土類金属塩を含む、請求項4に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 酸スカベンジャーがヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウムを含み、該酸スカベンジャーは前記ポリマー組成物中に0.01重量%~1重量%の量で存在する、請求項5に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリマー核剤を含有しない、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 水中40℃で10日間試験した場合に8ppm未満の溶出可能ホルムアルデヒド含量を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 水中40℃で10日間試験した場合に5ppm未満の溶出可能ホルムアルデヒド含量を有する、請求項8に記載のポリマー組成物。
- さらに滑剤を含有する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 滑剤がエチレンビス(ステアラミド)を含み、前記エチレンビス(ステアラミド)は前記ポリマー組成物中に0.01重量%~1重量%の量で存在する、請求項10に記載のポリマー組成物。
- エチレンビス(ステアラミド)が植物由来である、請求項11に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 分散剤が、0.92g/cm3~0.94g/cm3の密度を有するポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 滑剤が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、超高分子量シリコーン、シリコーンオイル、又はワックスを含む、請求項10に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ガラス繊維をさらに含有する、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 熱可塑性エラストマーをさらに含有する、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 熱可塑性エラストマーが熱可塑性ポリウレタンエラストマーを含む、請求項16に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項2に記載のポリマー組成物であって、タルクは前記ポリマー組成物中に0.1重量%~1重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリマー組成物はヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウムを含む酸スカベンジャーをさらに含有し、前記ヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウムは前記ポリマー組成物中に0.01重量%~1重量%の量で存在し、前記ポリマー組成物はエチレンビス(ステアラミド)をさらに含有し、前記ポリマー組成物はポリマー核剤を含まない、前記ポリマー組成物。
- ポリオキシメチレンポリマーが前記ポリマー組成物中に90重量%を超える量で存在する、請求項18に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1~19のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー組成物から製造される成形品。
- 生活家電製品の部品を含む、請求項20に記載の成形品。
- コンベヤー部品を含む、請求項20に記載の成形品。
- 医療製品の部品を含む、請求項20に記載の成形品。
