本発明のコイル部品は、例えば、以下の方法で製造される。
図5は、コイル導体作製工程の一例を説明するための斜視模式図である。
図6及び図7は、磁性シート作製工程の一例を説明するための斜視模式図である。
図8、図9、図10、図11、図12、及び、図13は、素体作製工程の一例を説明するための斜視模式図である。
図14は、外部電極形成工程の一例において用いられる、素体用の保持具を示す平面模式図である。図15は、図14中の保持具の側面模式図である。図16、図17、図18、及び、図19は、外部電極形成工程の一例を説明するための側面模式図である。

Claims (1)
- 絶縁膜で被覆された導線の巻回体であり、かつ、巻回軸方向において相対する第1の面及び第2の面を有するコイル導体を、金属磁性体粒子及び樹脂を含有する磁性体部に埋設し、前記コイル導体の一部が表面に露出した素体を作製する、素体作製工程と、
前記素体の表面に、前記コイル導体に接続された外部電極を形成する、外部電極形成工程と、を備え、
前記素体作製工程は、
前記コイル導体の前記第1の面と粘着シートとが接するように、前記コイル導体を前記粘着シートの表面に配置する工程と、
第1の磁性シートを前記コイル導体の前記第2の面側に重ねてプレス加工を行うことにより、前記コイル導体の一部を前記第1の磁性シートに埋設するとともに、前記コイル導体の前記第1の面において、前記導線の表面と、隣り合う前記導線の端部の隙間とのうちの少なくとも一方に、前記粘着シート中の粘着剤を転写して第1の樹脂部を設ける工程と、
前記コイル導体を前記粘着シートから剥離する工程と、
第2の磁性シートを前記コイル導体の前記第1の面側に重ねてプレス加工を行うことにより、前記コイル導体を、前記第1の磁性シート及び前記第2の磁性シートを含む前記磁性体部に埋設する工程と、を含む、ことを特徴とするコイル部品の製造方法。
