- 導電体(8)の端部(12)用の電気絶縁タッチ保護デバイス(1)であって、
絶縁チューブ(4)と、
前記導電体(8)の前記端部(12)を受け入れるように構成されているハウジング(6)とを備え、
前記ハウジング(6)は、前記絶縁チューブ(4)の方を向き、かつ第1のセグメント(21)および第2のセグメント(22)を含む端部(18)を含み、
前記第1のセグメント(21)は前記絶縁チューブ(4)内に挿入され、前記第2のセグメント(22)は前記絶縁チューブ(4)上に配置され、
前記第1のセグメント(21)の外側は、前記絶縁チューブ(4)によって囲まれ、
前記絶縁チューブ(4)は、前記第1のセグメント(21)の前記外側を囲む部分が、前記第1のセグメント(21)の前記外側に露出している、タッチ保護デバイス。
- 前記第1のセグメント(21)と前記第2のセグメント(22)とは、互いに分離されている、請求項1に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(6)は、前記第1のセグメント(21)と前記第2のセグメント(22)の間に、前記第1のセグメント(21)と前記第2のセグメント(22)とを互いに分離する第1の間隙(36)および第2の間隙(36)を含み、前記第2の間隙(36)は、周方向(20)において前記第1の間隙(36)の反対側にあり、前記絶縁チューブ(4)は、前記第1の間隙(36)を通って前記ハウジング(6)の外部から内部へ前記周方向(20)に延び、かつ前記第2の間隙(36)を通って前記ハウジング(6)の内部から外部へ前記周方向(20)に延びる、請求項1または2に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(6)は2つのハウジング半部(24a、24b)から形成され、前記2つのハウジング半部のうちの一方(24a)は、前記ハウジング(6)の前記端部(18)の前記第1のセグメント(21)を含み、前記2つのハウジング半部のうちの他方(24b)は、前記ハウジング(6)の前記端部(18)の前記第2のセグメント(22)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記2つのハウジング半部(24a、24b)は各々、相互に相補的なラッチ要素(26a、26b)を含む、請求項4に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(6)の前記端部(18)および前記絶縁チューブ(4)は各々、相互に相補的なポジティブフィット要素(48a、48b)を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記ポジティブフィット要素のうちの一方(48a)は突起(50)として構成され、前記ポジティブフィット要素のうちの他方(48b)は、前記突起(50)に相補的なレセプタクル(52)として構成されている、請求項6に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- レセプタクル(52)として構成されている前記ポジティブフィット要素(48b)は、前記絶縁チューブ(4)に配置され、通路開口部(54)として構成されている、請求項7に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 突起(50)として構成されている前記ポジティブフィット要素(48a)は自由端(66)を含み、前記自由端(66)はラッチビード(68)を含む、請求項7または8に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記端部(18)の前記第2のセグメント(22)は、前記絶縁チューブ(4)を前記第1のセグメント(21)にロックする半径方向ロックを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記端部(18)の前記第2のセグメント(22)は、前記絶縁チューブ(4)を前記第1のセグメント(21)にロックする半径方向ロックを含み、
前記ラッチ要素のうちの少なくとも一方(26b)は、前記第2のセグメント(22)に配置され、前記半径方向ロックを形成する、請求項5に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 複数対のポジティブフィット要素(48a、48b)が、前記ハウジング(6)の前記端部(18)および前記絶縁チューブ(4)に分散されている、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 前記絶縁チューブ(4)は伸縮可能な材料から形成され、前記端部(18)の前記第1のセグメント(21)上に少なくとも部分的に伸張されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ保護デバイス(1)と、
導電体(8)とを備える接続アセンブリ(2)であって、
前記導電体(8)の前記端部(12)は、前記絶縁チューブ(4)および前記タッチ保護デバイス(1)の前記ハウジング(6)に配置され、
前記端部(18)の前記第1のセグメント(21)は前記絶縁チューブ(4)内に挿入され、前記端部(18)の前記第2のセグメント(22)は前記絶縁チューブ(4)上に取り付けられている、接続アセンブリ。
