Claims (19)
- 1つまたは複数の試料を加熱または冷却する装置であって、前記装置は、
第1の部材に熱的に接続された少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素と、
第2の部材に熱的に接続された少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素と、
前記試料が前記装置上に配置されたときに試料に力を加える手段と、
を備え、
前記第1の部材は前記試料と前記第1の部材に熱的に接続された前記少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素との間に位置し、
前記第2の部材は前記試料と前記第2の部材に熱的に接続された前記少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素との間に位置し、
前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材はそれぞれ、試料接触面を有すると共に、互いに 対して独立して移動可能であり、
前記第1の部材は、前記装置内の第1の平面内に設けられ、前記力の動作下で前記第1の平面に対して垂直に移動して前記1つまたは複数の試料の第1の表面に接触するように構成され、前記第2の部材は、前記装置内の第2の平面内に設けられ、前記力の動作下で前記第2の平面に対して垂直に移動して、前記1つまたは複数の試料の第2の表面に接触する、装置。 - 前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材はプレートである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材は、使用中に、加熱または冷却要素から熱エネルギーを伝達するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の平面及び前記第2の平面は互いに平行である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は、使用中に、前記1つまたは複数の試料の温度を低下させるか、または前記1つまたは複数の試料の温度を上昇させるために、前記1つまたは複数の試料から、または前記1つまたは複数の試料へ熱エネルギーを伝導するために動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の試料を時間的および/または空間的に差動的に加熱または冷却するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は、使用中に、加熱または冷却プロセス中に、前記1つまたは複数の試料を攪拌するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は、前記1つまたは複数の試料を攪拌するために振動するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 使用中に、前記部材、および/または前記1つまたは複数の試料、および/または前記1つまたは複数の試料が含まれる容器の1つまたは複数の特性を監視するために動作可能な1つまたは複数のセンサを更に備える、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数のセンサは、使用中に、1つまたは複数の前記部材、前記1つまたは複数の試料、または前記1つまたは複数の試料内の少なくとも1つまたは複数の領域、前記1つまたは複数の試料が含まれる前記容器、または前記容器内の少なくとも1つまたは複数の領域の温度を監視するために動作可能な温度センサを含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 使用中に、監視された前記1つまたは複数の特性に応じた加熱または冷却プロファイルを調整するために動作可能である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 使用中に、監視された前記1つまたは複数の特性に応じて前記攪拌を調整するために動作可能である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記力によって前記試料が前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材に押し付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置のハウジングに取り付けられた制御電子機器と制御画面を更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 容器内に含まれる1つまたは複数の試料を加熱または冷却する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記容器を少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素に熱的に接続された第1の部材と、少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素に熱的に接続された第2の部材とに接触させることであって、前記第1の部材は前記試料と前記第1の部材に熱的に接続された前記少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素との間に位置し、前記第2の部材は前記試料と前記第2の部材に熱的に接続された前記少なくとも1つの加熱または冷却要素との間に位置し、前記容器と接触する前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は、前記容器に熱エネルギー源を提供して前記容器に含まれる前記試料を加熱するか、または前記容器から熱エネルギーを伝達して前記容器に含まれるサンプルを冷却し、前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材は互いに独立して移動可能であり、前記第1の部材は、第1の平面内に設けられ、付勢手段の動作下で前記第1の平面に対して垂直に移動して前記容器の第1の表面に接触して、前記第2の部材は、第2の平面内に設けられ、付勢手段の動作下で前記第2の平面に対して垂直に移動して前記容器の第2の表面に接触することと、
前記第1の部材および/または前記第2の部材で容器を加熱または冷却することと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材はプレートであり、
各プレートに、または各プレートから伝達される熱エネルギーを独立して制御することによって、前記試料を空間的または時間的に差動的に加熱または冷却することをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記1つまたは複数の試料を攪拌することをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。

- 監視された特性に応じて、加熱/冷却プロファイルを調整すること、および/または前記試料を攪拌することを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
