Description
図1に示す水処理施設200と同様の構造を有する実験機を用いて、被処理水を以下の条件で処理した。なお、本例で採用した混和除濁装置の構造は、図2に示した構造に従うものであった。より具体的には、混和除濁装置の構造は以下の通りであった。
<混和除濁装置の構造>
被処理水流入ライン:直径15mm
流入口径:15mm
内筒径:65mm
外筒径:100mm
内筒長:400mm
内筒下端から外筒の直胴部下端までの距離:100mm
<処理条件>
凝集剤:ポリ塩化アルミニウム(注入率:80mg/L)
混和除濁装置に対する凝集剤含有水流入速度:1.34L/分
<濁度測定>
被処理水(凝集剤投入前)、及び、混和除濁装置から流出した直後の処理済み水をそれぞれサンプリングし、希釈して濁度計(日本電色工業株式会社、「WA6000」)で濁度を測定した。
上記に従って得られた結果を図8に示す。

Claims (3)
- 被処理水に対して凝集剤を投入して凝集剤含有水とする凝集剤投入部と、
前記凝集剤含有水を混和してフロックを形成してから固液分離する槽と、を含み、
前記槽が、前記凝集剤含有水を槽内に流入させる流入口を有する外筒と、前記槽の上部側から、前記外筒の前記流入口よりも下部側まで挿入配置され、前記槽内にて下端が開放された内筒とを備え、
前記槽が、前記外筒と、前記内筒との間の間隙内であって、前記外筒の上端と、前記内筒の下端との間に位置する、前記凝集剤含有水を急速撹拌する急速撹拌部を備え、さらに、
前記外筒の内壁が、前記槽の上部側に向かって先細のテーパー形状を有しており、
前記急速撹拌部が、前記外筒の前記内壁と、前記内筒の外壁とにより区画された、流路により構成され、そして、
前記槽が、前記流路から出た前記凝集剤含有水を処理済水として前記内筒により前記槽の外へと流出させるように構成されてなる、
混和除濁装置。 - 前記内筒の外壁が、前記槽の下部側に向かって先細のテーパー形状を有しており、
前記急速撹拌部が、前記外筒の内壁と、前記内筒の前記外壁とにより区画された流路により構成される、請求項1に記載の混和除濁装置。 - 前記外筒の内壁が、該内壁周面の少なくとも一周にわたり、前記周面に沿って形成された細流路を有しており、
前記細流路が前記急速撹拌部を構成する、請求項1又は2に記載の混和除濁装置。
