Description
1.鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物の製造
本発明の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物の物性を測定するために、次のような物質を使用して溶液組成物を製造した。
製造された溶液組成物が、一定条件において溶液の安定性が維持されるか否かを確認するために、次のような実験を行った。上記実施例1~8及び比較例1~16の溶液組成物を50℃のオーブンに72時間保管して取り出した後、上記溶液組成物の状態を観察して溶液安定性を評価した。評価は以下のような基準で行い、その結果を表3に記載した。
O:少量の沈殿物が発生、ゲル化(gelation)なし
△:沈殿物が発生
×:ゲル化が発生
次に、上記製造された溶液組成物を鋼板の表面にバーコーティングした後、インダクションオーブンに通過させながら熱処理を行い、上記溶液組成物の乾燥及び硬化を行い、その結果、表面処理された鋼板を得た。実施例1~8及び比較例1~16の溶液組成物を鋼板に処理するとき、熱処理温度及び形成したコーティング層の厚さを表2に示した。
上記製造例1~4及び比較製造例1~20の鋼板を直径38mmの大きさに裁断して試片を製造した後、70℃に維持される硫酸50体積%の水溶液に6時間浸漬してから試片の腐食減量を測定した。
O:15mg/cm2/hr未満
△:15以上65mg/cm2/hr未満
×:65mg/cm2/hr以上
上記製造例1~4及び比較製造例1~20の鋼板を150cm×75cm(横×縦)の大きさに裁断して試片を製造し、上記試片の表面をクロスカットガイド(cross cut guide)を用いて1mmの間隔でそれぞれ横縦100個のマス目を形成するように線を引いて、上記100個のマス目が形成された部分をエリクセン(Erichsen)試験機を用いて6mmの高さで押し上げ、押し上げた部位に剥離テープ(NB-1、Ichiban社(製))を付着した後、剥がしながらエリクセン部分が剥離するか否かを観察した。
○:表面の剥離がない場合
△:表面の剥離が100個のうち1個~3個の場合
×:表面の剥離が100個のうち3個を超えた場合
上記製造例1~4及び比較製造例1~20の鋼板を直径38mmの大きさに裁断して試片を製造し、上記試片をエリクセン(Erichsen)試験機を用いて6mmの高さに加工した後、70℃に維持される硫酸50体積%の水溶液に6時間浸漬した後、試片の腐食減量を測定した。
O:15mg/cm2/hr未満
△:15以上25mg/cm2/hr未満
×:25mg/cm2/hr以上
上記製造例1~4及び比較製造例1~20の鋼板を直径38mmの大きさに裁断して試片を製造した後、70℃に維持される硫酸50vol%の水溶液に96時間浸漬してから試片の腐食減量を測定し、初期厚さに対する腐食後の試片の最も薄い厚さを測定して%で表した。
O:初期厚さに対して25%以上
△:初期厚さに対して8%以上25%未満
×:初期厚さに対して8%未満
上記製造例1~4及び比較製造例1~20の鋼板を30cm×10cm(横×縦)の大きさに裁断して試片を製造し、ガス金属アーク溶接により溶接しながら溶接中に発生するガス(Fume)の量を観察した。
O:Fumeが未発生
×:多量のFumeが発生
上記製造例1~4及び比較製造例1~20の鋼板をインダクションオーブンに通過させた直後、まだ熱い状態で冷却水を噴射して鋼板の表面から被膜剥離が発生する量を観察した。
O:被膜剥離が未発生
×:被膜剥離が発生
Claims (14)
- コロイドシリカ15~50重量%、アルコキシシラン20~60重量%、溶剤1~40重量%、酸度調節剤0.01~1.00重量%、アクリレート系モノマー5~15重量%、シロキサン結合からなる骨格を含む密着性向上剤5~50重量%、金属キレート硬化剤0.1~3.0重量%及び有機樹脂0.1~5.0重量%を含む鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記コロイドシリカの粒子サイズは5nm~50nmである、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記アルコキシシランは3個以上のアルコキシ基を含むものであって、ビニルトリメトキシシラン(Vinyl trimethoxy silane)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン(Vinyl triethoxy silane)、ビニルトリイソプロポキシシラン(Vinyl tri-isopropoxy silane)、3-メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane)、2-グリシジルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(2-Glycidyloxy propyltrimethoxy silane)、2-グリシジルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン(2-Glycidyloxy propyl triethoxy silane)、2-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(2-aminopropyl triethoxy silane)、2-ウレイドアルキルトリエトキシシラン(2-ureidoalkyltriethoxy silane)、テトラエトキシシラン(tetraethoxysilane)、トリエトキシフェニルシラン(Triethoxyphenylsilane)及びトリメトキシフェニルシラン(Trimethoxyphenylsilane)からなる群から選択される一つ以上のものである、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記溶剤は、メタノール、エタノール、2-プロパノール、2-メトキシプロパノール、2-ブトキシエタノール、水、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジグライム、2-アミノエタノール、1-ヘプタノール、プロピレングリコール、ジメチルスルホキシド、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、グリセリン、ジ(プロピレングリコール)メチルエーテル(Di(propylene glycol)methyl ether)、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル(Diethylene Glycol monomethyl Ether)、エチレングリコールモノn-プロピルエーテル(Ethylene Glycol mono n-Propyl Ether)、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(Propylene Glycol mono Methyl Ether)及びプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート(Propylene Glycol mono Methyl Ether acetate)からなる群から選択される一つ以上のものある、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記酸度調節剤は、有機酸、無機酸またはこれらの混合酸である、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記アクリレート系モノマーは、アクリリック酸グレーシャル(Acrylic acid glacial)、メチルアクリレート(Methyl acrylate)、エチルアクリレート(Ethyl acrylate)、ブチルアクリレート(Butyl acrylate)、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2-Ethylhexyl acrylate)、イソブチルアクリレート(Isobutyl acrylate)、ターシャリーブチルアクリレート(Tertiary butyl acrylate)、ターシャリーブチルメタクリレート(Tertiary butyl methacrylate)、ブタンジオールモノアクリレート(Butanediol monoacrylate)、ラウリルアクリレート(Lauryl acrylate)、ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレート(Dimethylaminoethyl acrylate)及びジヒドロジシクロペンタジエニルアクリレート(Dihydrodicyclopentadienyl acrylate)からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記密着性向上剤はシリコン樹脂である、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記密着性向上剤は、シリコンジオキシドの含量が20~80モル%であり、重量平均分子量が300g/mol~30,000g/molである、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記金属キレートは、アルミニウム、チタン、ジルコニウムまたは錫を含む金属キレート及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 前記有機樹脂は、ポリビニルアルコール;ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸;アクリル酸とメタクリル酸の共重合体;エチレンとアクリル系単量体の共重合体;エチレンと酢酸ビニルの共重合体;及びアミノ変性フェノール樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂及びエポキシ樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面処理用溶液組成物。
- 鋼板を提供する段階;
前記鋼板に請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を処理する段階;及び
前記組成物が処理された鋼板を熱処理する段階を含む、表面処理された鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記熱処理は150~550℃で行われる、請求項11に記載の表面処理された鋼板の製造方法。
- 鋼板;
前記鋼板上に請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物で形成されたコーティング層を有する、表面処理された鋼板。 - 前記コーティング層は5~55μmの厚さである、請求項13に記載の表面処理された鋼板。
