Claims (9)
- ラインパターンプロジェクタであって、
光ビームを発する複数の光源を含み、第1の方向に沿って配列された光源アレイと、
前記光ビームをコリメートするように構成されたレンズと、
前記コリメートされた光ビームを回折し、それによって照明パターンを投影するように構成された回折マイクロレンズアレイ(MLA)であって、前記第1の方向に関する前記回折MLAのレンズピッチは、第2の方向に関する前記回折MLAのレンズピッチよりも広い、回折MLAと
を備え、
ここで、前記照明パターンは、前記光源によって投影される複数のドットパターンを重ね合わせることによって形成され、前記照明パターンは、前記第1の方向に複数のライン光パターンを含む、
ラインパターンプロジェクタ。 - 前記光源の各々が垂直共振器面発光レーザ(VCSEL)である、請求項1に記載のラインパターンプロジェクタ。
- 隣接する2つの光源間の光源ピッチが規則的である、請求項1に記載のラインパターンプロジェクタ。
- 前記回折MLAの最大サグ高さが約33.69umであり、前記回折MLAの最大傾斜が約73度である、請求項1に記載のラインパターンプロジェクタ。
- 前記第1の方向は、前記第2の方向に垂直である、請求項1に記載のラインパターンプロジェクタ。
- 前記第1の方向は水平方向であり、前記第2の方向は垂直方向である、請求項1に記載のラインパターンプロジェクタ。
- 光学距離測定システムであって、
少なくとも1つの光源と拡散器とを含み、第1の照明パターンを投影するように構成された投光イルミネータと、
第2の照明パターンを投影するように構成されたラインパターンプロジェクタであって、
光ビームを発する複数の光源を含み、第1の方向に沿って配列された光源アレイと、
前記光ビームをコリメートするように構成されたレンズと、
前記コリメートされた光ビームを回折し、それによって前記第2の照明パターンを投影するように構成された回折マイクロレンズアレイ(MLA)であって、前記第1の方向に関する前記回折MLAのレンズピッチは、第2の方向に関する前記回折MLAのレンズピッチよりも広い、回折MLAと
を備え、ここで、前記第2の照明パターンは、前記光源によって投影される複数のドットパターンを重ね合わせることによって形成され、前記第1の方向に複数のライン光パターンを含む、
