Claims (2)
- 充電部が形成されたメインボディと、
前記充電部の内部に設けられ、外部充電器と電気的に接続されるメス端子部と、
前記メス端子部を収容するメスハウジングと、を含み、
前記メス端子部は、外部充電器と車両のバッテリの電気的に中継する複数のメス端子と、各前記メス端子の一側の外側に形成され、メス端子を保護する保護キャップとで形成され、
前記メス端子は、外部充電器内部のオス端子と電気的に接続される接触部と、ワイヤを介して車両のバッテリと電気的に接続される連結部とで形成され、
前記保護キャップは、前記接触部を包むように延長方向に形成された第1貫通孔と、前記第1貫通孔の内側に延びて第2貫通孔を形成し、前記接触部の末端の外側に形成される保護リブが形成され、
前記接触部は、切開され、前記第2貫通孔と連通する第3貫通孔を形成する複数の接触リブから形成され、前記接触リブの末端部の端面が前方に行くほど徐々に狭くなるように内側に傾斜したガイド面が形成され、
前記充電部は、前記第2、3貫通孔と連通する第4貫通孔が形成され、複数の前記メス端子が一定のパターンを有するように、各前記接触部が設けられる複数の充電空間が形成され、
前記保護リブは、前記充電空間と前記接触部と間に形成され、前記第2貫通孔が前記第3貫通孔よりも大きく形成されることを特徴とする車両用充電コネクタ。 - 前記保護リブは、前記接触リブの末端と前記充電空間と間に形成され、前記第2貫通孔を形成する第1保護リブと、前記第1保護リブから延長方向に折り曲げられ、前記第3貫通孔の内側に形成される第2保護リブとで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。
