Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態である車両用灯具10及びその制御システム20について添付図面を参照しながら説明する。各図において対応する構成要素には同一の符号が付され、重複する説明は省略される。
次に、第2実施形態の車両用灯具10Aについて説明する。
次に、第3実施形態の車両用灯具10Bについて説明する。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態として、配光ムラを抑制する処理について説明する。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態として、重畳領域D内の一方の光源像I(ピクセル群)に対応する光源LS(半導体発光素子)が故障した場合に当該故障した光源LS(半導体発光素子)を補完する補完処理を行う制御システム20Aについて説明する。
次に、第6実施形態の車両用灯具10Cについて説明する。
次に、第7実施形態の車両用灯具10Dについて説明する。
次に、第8実施形態の車両用灯具10Eについて説明する。
Claims (14)
- 水平方向に隙間なく隣接した状態で配置された複数の光源像を含む所定配光パターンを車両前面に正対した仮想鉛直スクリーン上に形成する車両用灯具において、
複数の光源と、
前記複数の光源に対応する複数の投影光学系と、を備え、
前記複数の光源は、少なくとも第1光源及び第2光源を含み、
前記複数の投影光学系は、前記第1光源に対応する第1投影光学系及び前記第2光源に対応する第2投影光学系を含み、
前記複数の投影光学系それぞれの光軸は、互いに平行であり、
前記第1光源は、当該第1光源の一辺と前記第1投影光学系の光軸との間に第1距離をあけて配置され、
前記第2光源は、当該第2光源の一辺と前記第2投影光学系の光軸との間に前記第1距離より長い第2距離をあけて配置され、
前記複数の光源像は、少なくとも前記第1投影光学系により投影される前記第1光源の光源像及び前記第2投影光学系により投影される前記第2光源の光源像を含み、
前記第1光源の光源像は、前記仮想鉛直スクリーン上の鉛直線から近くに配置され、
前記第2光源の光源像は、前記仮想鉛直スクリーン上の鉛直線から遠くに配置され、
前記第2光源は、当該第2光源の光源像が前記第1光源の光源像に対して水平方向に隙間無く隣接した状態で配置されるように、前記第2投影光学系の光軸に対して水平方向にずれた状態で配置され、
前記第1投影光学系のイメージサークルは、前記第2投影光学系のイメージサークルより小さく、
前記第1投影光学系のFナンバーは、前記第2投影光学系のFナンバーより小さく、
前記第1光源は、前記第1投影光学系のイメージサークル内に配置され、
前記第2光源は、前記第2投影光学系のイメージサークル内に配置されている車両用灯具。 - 前記第2投影光学系は、前記第2光源の光源像の水平方向の拡大率を大きくする倍率変更レンズを含む請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の光源像は、互いに隣接する光源像が一部重複した状態で配置されている請求項2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の光源は、それぞれ、当該光源の光軸が当該光源に対応する投影光学系の光軸に対して水平方向にずれた状態で配置されている請求項3に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の光源のうち少なくとも1つの光源は、当該光源の光軸が当該光源に対応する前記投影光学系の光軸と一致した状態で配置されており、残りの光源は、当該残りの光源の光軸が当該残りの光源に対応する投影光学系の光軸に対して水平方向にずれた状態で配置されている請求項3に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の光源は、それぞれ、マトリックス状に配置された複数の半導体発光素子を含むマトリックス光源であり、
前記複数の光源像は、それぞれ、前記複数の半導体発光素子に対応する複数のピクセルを含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記複数の光源は、それぞれ、1つの半導体発光素子を含む光源である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記半導体発光素子を個別に点消灯制御する制御手段をさらに備える請求項6又は7に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の投影光学系の投影倍率は、互いに同一である請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の投影光学系のうち一部の投影光学系の投影倍率は、他の投影光学系の投影倍率と異なる請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の投影光学系の投影倍率は、互いに異なる請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記複数の光源のうち少なくとも1つの光源は、当該光源に対応する前記投影光学系の光軸に対して鉛直方向にずれた状態で配置されている請求項2から11のいずれか一項に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記第1光源の光源像の上辺が前記第2光源の光源像の上辺と一致し、前記第1光源の光源像の下辺が前記第2光源の光源像の下辺と一致することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記第1投影光学系のイメージサークルは、前記第1光源を取り囲む最小の半径を有し、
前記第2投影光学系のイメージサークルは、前記第2光源を取り囲む最小の半径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
