Description
前記駆動部材は、前記弾性部材の弾性作用で、前記位置決め部材と嵌めあって、前記バルブコアを回転させて前記バルブコアを閉じる相対的静止的な第1伝達関係を形成し;第1伝達関係が終了すると、前記駆動部材および前記位置決め部材は、第1伝達関係から、前記駆動部材が前記位置決め部材を押圧して、前記位置決め部材をバルブコアに対して相対運動させる第2伝達関係に切り替えられ;そして第2伝達関係が終了すると、前記駆動部材および前記位置決め部材は、第2伝達関係から、前記駆動部材は前記位置決め部材を常に前記バルブ本体と嵌め合う状態にあるように、前記位置決め部材を張り出す状態に制御し、前記駆動部材は前記バルブコアを押圧してバルブの径方向にスクイーズ運動を行うことによって、前記バルブコアをシールロックする前記駆動部材と前記バルブコアとの第3伝達関係に切り替えられる。
前記駆動部材は、前記弾性部材の弾性作用で、前記位置決め部材と嵌めあって、前記バルブコアを回転させて前記バルブコアを閉じる相対的静止的な第1伝達関係を形成し;第1伝達関係が終了すると、前記駆動部材および前記位置決め部材は、第1伝達関係から、前記駆動部材が前記位置決め部材を押圧して、前記位置決め部材をバルブコアに対して相対運動させる第2伝達関係に切り替えられ;そして第2伝達関係が終了すると、前記駆動部材および前記位置決め部材は、第2伝達関係から、前記駆動部材は前記位置決め部材を常に前記バルブ本体と嵌め合う状態にあるように、前記位置決め部材を張り出す状態に制御し、前記駆動部材は前記バルブコアを押圧してバルブの径方向にスクイーズ運動を行うことによって、前記バルブコアをシールロックする前記駆動部材と前記バルブコアとの第3伝達関係に切り替えられる。
Claims (3)
- バルブ本体、前記バルブ本体内に取り付けられた内側バルブシート、及び前記バルブ本体内に取り付けられたバルブコアを備えるバルブであって、
前記バルブコアは、前記バルブコアと前記内側バルブシートとの接触部位よりも流路中心から径方向外側の偏心した位置に、バルブを開閉する回転運動の枢軸を有し、前記バルブ本体に対して前記内側バルブシートを押圧するスクイーズ運動ができ、前記流路の軸線に沿う移動成分を持つように設置され、
前記内側バルブシートは、環状本体とシール構造を有し、
前記シール構造は、前記バルブが閉状態にあると、前記シール構造が前記バルブ本体、前記内側バルブシート、および前記バルブコアの間に形成された隙間をシールするおよび/または充填するように設置され、
前記シール構造は、前記環状本体の内周面全体に沿って径方向内側に延びており、かつ弾性部および第1シール部が順に設けられ、
前記第1シール部は、前記弾性部の末端から軸方向に突出しており、
前記第1シール部は、前記バルブが閉状態にあると、前記バルブコアの前記内側バルブシートに面する側面を押圧するように設置され、
前記内側バルブシートは、メインシール部がさらに設けられ、
前記メインシール部は、前記環状本体に設けられ、前記バルブが閉状態にあると、前記バルブコアの前記内側バルブシートに面する側面を押圧するように設置され、かつ前記メインシール部が前記バルブコアを押圧する位置は、前記第1シール部が前記バルブコアを押圧する位置よりも、径方向外側にあることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記バルブコアの前記内側バルブシートに面する側面に第2シール部および第3シール部が設けられ、
前記第2シール部は、前記第3シール部よりも径方向外側にあり、前記バルブが閉状態にあると、前記第2シール部が前記メインシール部を押圧し、前記第3シール部が前記第1シール部を押圧することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記バルブコアは前記バルブ本体にヒンジ結合され、かつ前記バルブは駆動ギアが設けられたハンドルと、従動ギアが設けられたバルブステムをさらに含み、
前記駆動ギアは前記従動ギアと嵌め合うことによって、前記ハンドルの回転によって前記バルブステムを駆動して回転させ、さらに前記バルブコアを駆動して回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。
