Abstract

一种齿轮驱动密封阀,所采用的技术方案是:采用正交齿轮、螺纹旋转前进的工作原理,使阀座与阀板之间直线接触挤压密封,具体为:设置有三个特别的阀杆,分别是前上阀杆、后上阀杆和下阀杆;后上阀杆和下阀杆将阀板同心定位定位在一个中心的双轴上,以便阀板稳定打开和关闭,在后上阀杆上装置有把手、离合器和链条轮,把手安装在离合器上,扳动把手离合器可传动主阀板或阀座分别动作,该阀门结构独特,提高了阀门的密封性能,并且长效稳定,操作方便、快捷、高效。

本发明涉一种阀门,尤其是以及齿轮驱动密封阀板的齿轮驱动密封阀。
背景技术
目前,现有阀门中,大通径DN350以上阀门通常有闸阀、球阀、碟阀等,在我们多年生产阀门的实践中发现存在诸多缺点:它们都存在开启和关闭力矩大,易磨损,装配困难等问题,造价高,装配复杂,开启力矩大。具体缺陷有如下几个方面:1.碟阀流阻系数大,装配复杂,密封性差,容易磨损。2.闸阀开启力矩大、行程长、操作不方便。3. 球阀密封寿命短、造价高。传统阀门的阀座与密封体及球体、碟板、闸板等之间是以切线方向运动密封的,这样会使阀门阀座与密封体之间摩擦力很大,阀门开启和关闭力矩很大,而且阀座与密封体都容易磨损影响密封寿命。纵观大通径阀门产品市场;非常需要一种适用范围广、密封性好、价格较低、开启和关闭力矩小的新式阀门。
发明内容
为了克服现有的大通径阀门产品的缺陷与不足,本发明提供一种阀门,尤其是设置有三个阀杆以及齿轮驱动密封阀板的齿轮驱动密封阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:采用正交齿轮、螺纹旋转前进的工作原理,使阀座与阀板之间直线接触挤压密封,具体为:设置有三个特别的阀杆,分别是前上阀杆、后上阀杆和下阀杆;后上阀杆和下阀杆将阀板同心定位定位在一个中心的双轴上,以便阀板稳定打开和关闭,在后上阀杆上装置有把手、离合器和链条轮,把手安装在离合器上,扳动把手离合器可传动主阀板或阀座分别动作,当关闭阀门时;顺时针扳动把手离合器传动后上阀杆转动使主阀板关闭通道,继续顺时针扳动扳手离合器停止向后上阀杆传动而向链条轮传动,链条轮通过链条传动前上阀杆,前上阀杆旋转时主动齿轮推进推环齿使螺纹推环旋转移位向主阀板靠近, 使螺纹推环与主阀板之间的距离缩小,直至螺纹推环与主阀板紧密靠紧使接触密封,阀门关闭完成,当需要打开阀门时;逆时针扳动把手,螺纹推环旋转退位解除与主阀板紧密接触,继而主阀板旋转打开通道,阀门打开。该阀门结构独特密封性能优越解决了传统各类阀门密封性能不稳定寿命短的缺陷,并且稳定性好使用寿命长,是一种适用范围广、密封性特佳、操作方便、制造容易、成本低的新型阀门。
本发明的有益效果是;提高了阀门的密封性能,并且长效稳定,操作方便、快捷、高效。

具体实施方式
在图1中;阀体(1)的上部装置有前上阀杆(2)和后上阀杆(5),在后上阀杆(5)上装置有离合器(29),离合器(29)上装置有手柄(17)和大链轮(15),大链轮(15)上有链条(14)连接在前上阀杆(2)上的小链轮(13)上,阀体(1)的下部装置有后上阀杆(5)。
在图2中;后上阀杆(5)和下阀杆(11)将主阀板(10)同心定位定位在一个中心的双轴上,以便主阀板(10)稳定打开和关闭,在后上阀杆(5)上装置有手柄(17)、离合器(29)和大链轮(15),手柄(17)安装在离合器(29)上,扳动手柄(17)离合器(29)即可传动主阀板(10)或螺纹推环(7)动作,当关闭阀门时;顺时针扳动手柄(17)离合器(29)传动后上阀杆(5)转动使主阀板(10)关闭通道,继续顺时针扳动手柄(17)离合器(29)停止向后上阀杆(5)传动而向大链轮(15)传动,再通过链条(14)传动前上阀杆(2)上的小链轮(13),小链轮(13)带动前上阀杆(2)旋转,主动齿轮(3)推进推环齿(4)使螺纹推环(7)旋转移位向主阀板(10)靠近, 使螺纹推环(7)与主阀板(10)之间的距离缩小,直至螺纹推环(7)与主阀板(10)紧密靠紧,使接触密封,当需要打开阀门时;可逆时针扳动手柄(17),使螺纹推环(7)旋转退位解除与主阀板(10)紧密接触,继而主阀板(10)旋转使阀门通道打开。
在图3、图4中;离合器(29)由大链轮(15)、.滚动销(16)、.手柄(17)、驱动套管(18)、外圈被动环(19)、内圈被动环(20)和驱动片(21)和下阀杆密封填料(22)组合而成装置在后上阀杆(5)上。
在图5、图6中;当前上阀杆(2)顺时针旋转时,主动齿轮(3)推进推环齿(4)使螺纹推环(7)旋转移位向主阀板(10)靠近, 使螺纹推环(7)与主阀板(10)之间的距离缩小,直至螺纹推环(7)推动阀座(9)与主阀板(10)紧密靠紧,使接触密封阀门通道关闭,当前上阀杆(2)逆时针旋转时,螺纹推环(7)便旋转退位解除与主阀板(10)紧密接触,方便主阀板(10)旋转使阀门通道打开。
如图7、图8 、图9 、图10所示;手柄(17)从0°旋转90°,离合器(29)作用,主阀板(10)不动,链轮组运转,主动齿轮(3)旋转,推环齿(4)开始旋转,螺纹推环(7)跟转,阀座(9)移动离开主阀板(10)3-6mm。手柄(17)继续旋转到从90°旋转到180°,此时主阀板(10)旋转90°离开阀座,阀门打开。
如图11、图12、图13、图14所示;手柄(17)从180°旋转90°,离合器(29)作用,链轮组不动,而主阀板(10)开始从90°旋转0°,主阀板(10)旋转到0°,主阀板(10)与阀座(9)对齐,主阀板(10)准备锁紧阀座(9),手柄(17)继续从90°转动到0°,离合器(29)作用,主阀板(10)不动,链轮组运转,推环齿(4)开始旋转,螺纹推环(7)跟转,阀座(9)后移,手柄(17)从90°旋转到0°后,阀座(9)与主阀板(10)接触靠紧,阀门关闭。

Claims (1)

1.一种齿轮驱动密封阀,阀体(1)内部装置有主动齿轮(3)、推环齿(4)、螺纹推环(7)、螺纹块(8)、阀座(9)和阀座密封圈(27);还包括前上阀杆(2)、后上阀杆(5)、离合器(29)、手柄(17)、大链轮(15)、链条(14)、小链轮(13)、主阀板(10),其特征在于:后上阀杆(5)和下阀杆(11)将主阀板(10)同心定位在一个中心的双轴上;阀体(1)的上部装置有前上阀杆(2)和后上阀杆(5),在后上阀杆(5)上装置有离合器(29),离合器(29)上装置有手柄(17)和大链轮(15),大链轮(15)上有链条(14)连接在前上阀杆(2)上的小链轮(13)上,阀体(1)的下部装置有下阀杆(11);当关闭阀门时,顺时针扳动手柄(17)离合器(29)传动后上阀杆(5)转动使主阀板(10)关闭通道,继续顺时针扳动手柄(17)离合器(29)停止向后上阀杆(5)传动而向大链轮(15)传动,再通过链条(14)传动前上阀杆(2)上的小链轮(13),小链轮(13)带动前上阀杆(2)旋转,主动齿轮(3)转动推动推环齿(4),使螺纹推环(7)旋转移位向主阀板(10)靠近, 使螺纹推环(7)与主阀板(10)之间的距离缩小,直至螺纹推环(7)推动阀座(9)与主阀板(10)紧密靠紧, 阀座(9)及阀座密封圈(27)与主阀板(10)之间直线接触,挤压密封,使接触密封阀门通道关闭;当需要打开阀门时,逆时针扳动手柄(17),螺纹推环(7)便旋转退位解除与主阀板(10)紧密接触,方便主阀板(10)旋转使阀门通道打开。
