Abstract

一种高压蝶阀,包括阀体、上阀杆、下阀杆及大蝶板,上阀杆通过联轴节与驱动装置连接,在上阀杆内空套一小阀杆,小阀杆一端与联轴节固定连接,另一端固定连接一与小阀座密封配合的小蝶板,上阀杆上端面上设有凹槽,联轴节下端面上设有一扇形凸台,扇形凸台能够在所述凹槽中转动并通过凹槽的阶梯面进行行程限位,上阀杆上端面设有凹槽后所形成的凸面与联轴节下端面设有扇形凸台后所形成的凹面相抵接。本技术方案大大的降低了开阀扭矩,使得开阀更加省里,成本更加节约。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别是涉及一种大口径高压蝶阀。
背景技术
现有的蝶阀主要由阀体、阀杆及蝶板组成,阀体内设有阀座,蝶板与阀杆相固定,阀杆径向安装于阀体内且能够转动,蝶板能够与阀座相吻合且密封。当蝶阀用于大口径管道时,特别是在高压的工况下,管道内的介质对蝶板产生的压力很大,在开启时,阀杆所承受的扭矩很大,需要阀门开启时的扭矩也很大,配套的驱动装置的输出力矩相应也很大,致使阀门的结构庞大。
发明内容
为了克服现有蝶阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种结构简单且启闭扭矩小的高压蝶阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种高压蝶阀,包括阀体、上阀杆、下阀杆及大蝶板,阀体上设有阀座,大蝶板上固定有上阀杆及下阀杆,上阀杆和下阀杆同轴设置且能够相对阀体转动,大蝶板与阀座密封配合,大蝶板上开有通孔并设有小阀座,上阀杆通过联轴节与驱动装置连接,在上阀杆内空套一小阀杆,小阀杆一端与联轴节固定连接,另一端固定连接一与小阀座密封配合的小蝶板,上阀杆上端面上设有凹槽,联轴节下端面上设有一扇形凸台,扇形凸台能够在所述凹槽中转动并通过凹槽的阶梯面进行行程限位,上阀杆上端面设有凹槽后所形成的凸面与联轴节下端面设有扇形凸台后所形成的凹面相抵接。
扇形凸台在凹槽中转动的角度为20°~70°。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)只需要1个驱动装置就可以驱动小蝶板和大蝶板的启闭,结构简单,且不会出现干涉现象。
2)上阀杆上端面开凹槽的结构,通过对凹槽所形成角度的控制,可以自由的根据实际工况进行设计,灵活度高,应用面广。
3)通过先开启小蝶板泄压,再开启大蝶板的方式,大大的降低了开阀扭矩,使得开阀更加省里,成本更加节约。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种高压蝶阀,包括阀体9、上阀杆2、下阀杆7及大蝶板6,阀体9上设有阀座8,大蝶板6上固定有上阀杆2及下阀杆7,上阀杆2和下阀杆7同轴设置且能够相对阀体9转动,大蝶板6与阀座8密封配合,大蝶板6上开有通孔并设有小阀座4,上阀杆2通过联轴节1与驱动装置连接,在上阀杆2内空套一小阀杆3,小阀杆3一端与联轴节1固定连接,另一端固定连接一与小阀座4密封配合的小蝶板5,上阀杆2上端面上设有凹槽201,联轴节1下端面上设有一扇形凸台101,扇形凸台101能够在所述凹槽201中转动并通过凹槽201的阶梯面进行行程限位,上阀杆2上端面设有凹槽201后所形成的凸面与联轴节下端面设有扇形凸台101后所形成的凹面相抵接,扇形凸台101在凹槽201中转动的角度为20°~70°。
阀门开启时,驱动装置带动联轴节1转动,即联轴节1下端面的扇形凸台101在凹槽201中转动,进而带动小阀杆3转动,其转动的角度为20°~70°,可以根据不同的工况进行设计,这样就实现了小蝶板5的开启;当扇形凸台101的左端面与凹槽201的阶梯面抵接时,联轴节1的扇形凸台101开始带动大蝶板6转动,通过驱动装置的驱动,可以实现大蝶板6的90°转动,从而开启大蝶板6。由于先打开小蝶板5卸压,然后再打开大蝶板6,介质作用在小蝶板5上的压力较小,小蝶板5容易打开,小蝶板5打开后,介质通过阀体9,大蝶板6两侧的压差减小,介质作用在大蝶板6上的压力减小,使得开启大蝶板6省力。
同理,阀门关闭时,驱动装置带动联轴节1转动,从而带动小蝶板5的转动,实现小蝶板5的关闭,当扇形凸台101的右端面与凹槽201的阶梯面抵接时,联轴节1的扇形凸台101开始带动大蝶板6反向转动,从而关闭大蝶板6。

1.一种高压蝶阀,包括阀体、上阀杆、下阀杆及大蝶板,阀体上设有阀座,大蝶板上固定有上阀杆及下阀杆,上阀杆和下阀杆同轴设置且能够相对阀体转动,大蝶板与阀座密封配合,大蝶板上开有通孔并设有小阀座,其特征在于:所述上阀杆通过联轴节与驱动装置连接,在所述上阀杆内空套一小阀杆,所述小阀杆一端与联轴节固定连接,另一端固定连接一与所述小阀座密封配合的小蝶板,所述上阀杆上端面上设有凹槽,所述联轴节下端面上设有一扇形凸台,所述扇形凸台能够在所述凹槽中转动并通过所述凹槽的阶梯面进行行程限位,所述上阀杆上端面设有凹槽后所形成的凸面与联轴节下端面设有扇形凸台后所形成的凹面相抵接,所述扇形凸台在所述凹槽中转动的角度为20°~70°。
