本発明は、粘着剤組成物および表面保護フィルムに関する。具体的には、残留粘着率が高い粘着剤組成物および表面保護フィルムに関する。
本発明の他の実施形態による表面保護フィルムは、粘着力が低くて被着材から低速または高速剥離が容易であり、被着材の表面に残渣を残さず、被着材の表面を汚染させない効果がある。
本明細書において、重量平均分子量は、分子量測定用として市販の多様な重合度の単分散ポリスチレン重合体(標準試料)を標準物質とし、ゲル透過クロマトグラフィー(Gel Permeation Chromatography;GPC)によって測定したポリスチレン換算分子量であって、g/mol単位の値である。本明細書において、特別な記載がない場合の分子量とは、重量平均分子量を意味する。
以下、本発明についてさらに詳細に説明する。
本発明の一実施形態による粘着剤組成物は、ウレタン樹脂を主成分とすることができる。主成分とするというのは、前記粘着剤組成物に約50重量%以上の含有量で含まれ、他の構成成分より多量で含まれる成分であり得るとの意味である。
前記イソシアネート系硬化剤は、前記粘着剤組成物に含まれたウレタン樹脂と(メタ)アクリレート共重合体とを架橋して硬化させるために添加される。具体的には、ウレタン樹脂および(メタ)アクリレート共重合体に含まれている水酸基と反応するイソシアネート基を含むことにより、ウレタン樹脂と(メタ)アクリレート共重合体とを架橋することができる。
従来は、ウレタン樹脂を含む粘着剤組成物に低分子量添加剤である可塑剤を添加することで、より低い剥離力を実現し、可塑剤を添加して優れた帯電防止特性を実現した。しかし、可塑剤を粘着剤組成物に添加する場合、大量添加される可塑剤および可塑剤の移行によって被着材の表面が汚染する問題があった。
前記炭素数12~22のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体は、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート、テトラデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、セチル(メタ)アクリレート、ベヘニル(メタ)アクリレート、およびエイコシル(メタ)アクリレートのうちの1種以上を含むものであってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態による粘着剤組成物は、前記成分以外にも、その他の添加剤を含むことができる。例えば、前記粘着剤組成物は、溶媒、触媒、硬化遅延剤、粘着樹脂、可塑剤、剥離力調節剤、光開始剤、加水分解防止剤、酸化防止剤、硬化促進剤、遅延防止剤などを目的に応じてさらに含むことができ、その含有量も適宜選択可能である。
前記基材フィルムは、第1基材層と、前記第1基材層の少なくとも一面に位置する帯電防止層と、前記粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層と、を含む。
前記粘着剤層は、前記第1基材層の表面に塗布されて硬化することにより形成され、前記粘着剤組成物を硬化させる方法は特に限定されず、例えば、適切な乾燥、加熱および/または熟成(aging)工程による硬化方式を採用することができる。
前記離型フィルムは、第2基材層と、前記第2基材層の少なくとも一面に位置する帯電防止層と、離型層と、を含むものであってもよい。 前記離型フィルムは、第2基材層と、前記第2基材層の両面に位置する帯電防止層と、離型層と、を含むものであってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態による表面保護フィルムは、ガラスに付着させた後、180゜の剥離角度および0.3m/minの剥離速度で剥離する場合の剥離力が4gf/in以下であってもよい。

残留粘着率(%)=100×(B)/(A)
窒素ガスが還流し、温度調節が容易となるように冷却装置を設けた1L反応器に、ブチルメタクリレート89重量部、ステアリルメタクリレート7重量部、ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート2重量部、トリデカフルオロオクチルアクリレート2重量部を含む単量体混合物を投入後、溶媒としてトルエンを投入した。混合物を均一に混合した後、反応器の温度を120℃に維持し、反応開始剤として過酸化ベンゾイル(BPO)を、単量体混合物100重量部に対して1.6重量部添加した後、約4時間反応させた。反応後にトルエンで追加希釈して、重量平均分子量が27,000g/molの(メタ)アクリレート共重合体を製造した。
下記表1による成分および含有量で単量体混合物を製造し、開始剤の含有量を調節したことを除けば、製造例1と同様の方法で(メタ)アクリレート共重合体を製造した。また、下記表1に各製造された共重合体の分子量を示した。
ウレタン樹脂(重量平均分子量12万、Toyochem社のSH-101)100重量部に対して、製造例1で製造した(メタ)アクリレート共重合体1.5重量部、多官能性イソシアネート硬化剤として、イソシアヌレートイソシアネート三量体およびイソホロンジイソシアネートを7:3の重量比で含む混合物(SAMYOUNG INK、DR7030X)15重量部を混合して粘着剤組成物を製造した。
下記表2による成分および含有量で変化させたことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で表面保護フィルムを製造した。
実施例1~9および比較例1~7の表面保護フィルムを幅が25mm、長さが250mmとなるように裁断し、離型フィルムを剥離した。離型フィルムを剥離した表面保護フィルムの粘着剤面をエタノールで洗浄後、100℃で20分間乾燥したガラス(Corning社)に2kgのローラで付着させ、50℃の温度および5気圧下の条件で20分間保管した後、25℃の温度下で24時間保管した後、材料物性分析器(Texture Analyzer、英国のステーブルマイクロシステムズ社)を用いて、前記表面保護フィルムをガラスから0.3m/minの剥離速度および180゜の剥離角度で剥離する時の剥離力を測定した。
実施例1~9および比較例1~7の表面保護フィルムを幅が25mm、長さが250mmとなるように裁断し、離型フィルムを剥離した。離型フィルムを剥離した表面保護フィルムの粘着剤面をエタノールで洗浄後、100℃で20分間乾燥したガラス(Corning社)に2kgのローラで付着させ、50℃の温度および5気圧下で20分間保管した後、25℃の温度下で24時間保管した後、高速剥離機(Peel Tester SJTA-034SD、サムジテク)を用いて、前記表面保護フィルムをガラスから20m/minの剥離速度および180゜の剥離角度で剥離する時の剥離力を測定した。
ガラスに付着させた後、ガラスから0.3m/minの剥離速度および180゜の剥離角度で剥離する時の剥離力が2,000±400gf/inの基準粘着フィルム(LG化学、アクリル系で粘着層の厚さ50μm、PET基材フィルムの厚さ50μm)を用意した。
前記基準粘着フィルムを幅が25mm、長さが250mmとなるように裁断し、離型フィルムを剥離した。離型フィルムを剥離した基準粘着フィルムをエタノールで洗浄後、100℃で20分間乾燥したガラス(Corning社)に付着させ、40℃のオーブンで1時間保管した後、25℃で4時間放置し、装置(Texture Analyzer、英国のステーブルマイクロシステムズ社製)を用いて、前記基準粘着フィルムを前記ガラスから0.3m/minの剥離速度および180゜の剥離角度で剥離する時の剥離力を測定した。これを粘着力(A)とした。
実施例1~9および比較例1~7の表面保護フィルムの離型フィルムを剥離し、粘着剤面をエタノールで洗浄後、100℃で20分間乾燥したガラス(Corning社)に2kgのローラで付着させ、50℃の温度および5気圧下で20分間保管した後、25℃の温度下で24時間保管した後、60℃の温度および90%の相対湿度の恒温恒湿器で10日間保管した。以後、表面保護フィルムが付着したガラスを取り出して、25℃で24時間放置した後、前記表面保護フィルムをガラスから剥離した。
下記式1によって粘着力(A)と(B)の値から残留粘着率を計算した。

Claims (15)
- 水酸基を含むウレタン樹脂、イソシアネート系硬化剤、および(メタ)アクリレート共重合体を含む粘着剤組成物であって、
前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体は、水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体、フッ素系置換基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体、炭素数1~10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体、および炭素数12~22のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体を含む単量体混合物から重合されたものである粘着剤組成物。 - 前記ウレタン樹脂の重量平均分子量は、5万~20万である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記イソシアネート系硬化剤は、前記ウレタン樹脂100重量部に対して、10~30重量部含まれるものである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体は、重量平均分子量が2万~7万である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記単量体混合物は、前記水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体0より多く10重量%以下、前記フッ素系置換基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体0より多く10重量%以下、炭素数1~10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体70~95重量%、および炭素数12~22のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体1~10重量%の含有量で含むものである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体は、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、6-ヒドロキシヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、8-ヒドロキシオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、および2-ヒドロキシプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレートのうちの1種以上を含むものである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記フッ素系置換基含有(メタ)アクリレート単量体は、トリフルオロエチル(メタ)アクリレート、テトラフルオロ-n-プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、テトラフルオロ-t-ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキサフルオロブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキサフルオロ-t-ヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキサフルオロ-2,4-ビス(トリフルオロメチル)ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキサフルオロイソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘプタフルオロブチル(メタ)アクリレート、オクタフルオロペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ノナフルオロペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ドデカフルオロヘプチル(メタ)アクリレート、ドデカフルオロオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、トリデカフルオロオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、トリデカフルオロヘプチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキサデカフルオロデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘプタデカフルオロデシル(メタ)アクリレート、オクタデカフルオロウンデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ノナデカフルオロウンデシル(メタ)アクリレート、およびエイコサフルオロドデシル(メタ)アクリレートのうちの1種以上を含むものである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記炭素数1~10のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体は、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、n-プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、イソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、n-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、t-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、sec-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルブチル(メタ)アクリレート、n-オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、およびイソノニル(メタ)アクリレートのうちの1種以上を含むものである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記炭素数12~22のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体は、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート、テトラデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、セチル(メタ)アクリレート、ベヘニル(メタ)アクリレート、およびエイコシル(メタ)アクリレートのうちの1種以上を含むものである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート共重合体は、前記ウレタン樹脂100重量部に対して、0.5~5重量部含まれるものである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 離型フィルムおよび基材フィルムを含む表面保護フィルムであって、
前記基材フィルムは、第1基材層と、前記第1基材層の少なくとも一面に位置する帯電防止層と、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層と、を含み、
前記離型フィルムと前記粘着剤層とは、直接接するものである
表面保護フィルム。 - 前記離型フィルムは、第2基材層と、前記第2基材層の両面に位置する帯電防止層と、離型層と、を含むものである、請求項11に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- ガラスに付着させた後、180゜の剥離強度および20m/minの剥離速度で剥離する場合の剥離力が30gf/in以下である、請求項11に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- ガラスに付着させた後、180゜の剥離強度および0.3m/minの剥離速度で剥離する場合の剥離力が4gf/in以下である、請求項11に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- ガラスに付着させた後、60℃および相対湿度90%の条件で10日間放置されてから剥離した後の残留粘着率が70%以上である、請求項11に記載の表面保護フィルム。
