Description
本発明のさらに別の態様は、炭素数1~5のアルコール、ケトン、水、塩素化溶媒炭素数1~7の炭化水素、エステルおよびそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの溶媒を用いる抽出によりモリンガ・オレイフェラ、ムラヤコエンジーおよびクルクマ・ロンガ由来の抽出物を調製する工程を含む、前記相乗的組成物の製造方法を含む。
1.モリンガ・オレイフェラは、ウンダバリ村、ウンダバリパンチャヤット、タデパリマンダルグントゥール地区、アーンドラ・プラデーシュ州から収集され、栽培されている。
2.ムラヤコエンジーは、マルカプラム村、マルカプラム、エルルマンダル、ウェストゴダヴァリ地区、アーンドラ・プラデーシュ州から収集され、栽培されている。
3.クルクマ・ロンガは、クンチェナパリ村、クンチェナパリパンチャヤット、タデパリマンダル、グントゥール地区、アーンドラ・プラデーシュ州から収集され、栽培されている。
Claims (11)
- 白色脂肪組織(WAT)の褐色脂肪組織(BAT)への変換を促進するため、終末糖化産物(AGE)の過剰な生成を阻害し、かつ除脂肪体重および褐色脂肪組織を増加させるための、モリンガ・オレイフェラ、ムラヤコエンジーおよびクルクマ・ロンガ由来の抽出物を含む相乗的ハーブ組成物。
- 前記抽出物中のモリンガ・オレイフェラ由来成分の重量が30%~80%の範囲で変化し、前記抽出物中のムラヤ・コエニージ由来成分の重量が10%~60%の範囲で変化し、前記抽出物中のクルクマ・ロンガ由来の成分の重量が5%~20%の範囲で変化する請求項1に記載の相乗的組成物。
- 前記相乗的組成物は、場合により、薬学的、栄養補給的および食餌的に許容される賦形剤、担体および希釈剤から選択される少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の相乗的組成物。
- 薬学的または栄養補助的または食事療法的に許容される賦形剤において、担体および希釈剤が、グルコース、フルクトース、スクロース、マルトース、スクラロース、アセルファムK、黄色デキストリン、白色デキストリン、アエロシル、微結晶セルロース、ノイシリン、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、ソルビトール、ステビオシド、グリシルリチン酸モノアモニウム、アルギン酸ナトリウム、コーンシロップ、乳糖、クエン酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸、コハク酸、乳酸、L-アスコルビン酸、dl-α-トコフェロール、グリセリン、プロピレングリコール、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、プロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、アカシア、カラギーナン、カゼイン、ゼラチン、ペクチン、寒天、ビタミンBグループ、ニコチンアミド、パントテン酸カルシウム、アミノ酸、タンパク質、カルシウム塩、色素、香料、保存料、蒸留水、生理食塩水、グルコース水溶液、アルコール、プロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、さまざまな動物植物油、白色ソフトパラフィン、パラフィン、香料、着色料、ワックスから選択される、請求項3に記載の相乗的ハーブ組成物。
- 前記組成物が、乾燥粉末形態、液体形態、飲料、食品、栄養補助食品または錠剤、カプセルナノテクノロジー、マイクロカプセル化、コロイド状担体システムおよびその他のドラッグデリバリーシステムを含む技術による制御放出ポリマーベースのコーティングを使用した制御放出錠剤などの任意の適切な形態から選択される剤形に製剤化され得る、請求項3に記載の相乗的組成物。
- 前記組成物が、健康食品、またはチョコレートまたは栄養バーなどの固形食品、クリーム、ジャム、ジェルなどの半固形食品や清涼飲料、乳酸菌飲料などの飲料、ドロップ、キャンディー、チュアブルガムまたはグミベア、チューインガム、グミキャンディー、ヨーグルト、アイスクリーム、プリン、ソフト小豆ゼリー、ゼリー、クッキー、お茶、ソフトドリンク、ジュース、牛乳、コーヒー、シリアル、スナックバーなどの特定の健康用途のための剤形に実装(contemplated)/作成できる栄養/栄養補助食品に配合できる、請求項3に記載の相乗的組成物。
- 前記抽出物が、葉、茎、柔らかい茎、空中部分、果実、果実皮、種子、花頭、根、樹皮、根茎または植物全体またはそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの植物部分から得られる、請求項1に記載の相乗的ハーブ組成物。
- 前記モリンガ・オレイフェラ抽出物、ムラヤコエンジー抽出物およびクルクマ・ロンガ抽出物が、水性抽出物、アルコール抽出物および含水アルコール抽出物から選択される、請求項1に記載の相乗的組成物。
- 前記モリンガ・オレイフェラ抽出物、ムラヤコエンジー抽出物およびクルクマ・ロンガ抽出物の組み合わせが、6:3:1、8:1:1、4:5:1、2:2:1、3:6:1および6:3.5:0.5からなる群から選択される比率である、請求項1に記載の相乗的組成物。
- 人を除く哺乳動物における除脂肪体重および褐色脂肪組織を増加させる方法であって、白色脂肪組織(WAT)を褐色脂肪組織(BAT)に変換し、終末糖化産物(AGE)の過剰な生成を阻害する方法であって、前記方法は、人を除く哺乳動物に、モリンガ・オレイフェラ、ムラヤコエンジーおよびクルクマ・ロンガ由来の抽出物を含む相乗的組成物の適切な用量を加給することを含み、必要に応じて、製薬上、栄養補助食品上および栄養上許容される賦形剤、希釈剤、および担体から選択される少なくとも1つの追加成分を含む方法。
- 炭素数1~5のアルコール、ケトン、水、塩素化溶媒炭素数1~7の炭化水素、エステルおよびそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの溶媒を用いる抽出によりモリンガ・オレイフェラ、ムラヤコエンジーおよびクルクマ・ロンガ由来の抽出物を調製する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の相乗的組成物の製造方法。
