-前記2つの可塑物(80)の間に前記繊維格子(70)を置くことと、
-前記押出工具を閉じ、それにより前記押出工具の前記パンチ(110)が前記2つの可塑物(80)と接触し、前記可塑物(80)が、前記パンチ(110)により圧力を加えることによって形状変形され、前記繊維格子(70)が第1の前記可塑物(80)の第1のメルトフロント(82)により、かつ第2の前記可塑物(80)の第2のメルトフロント(83)により囲まれ、前記可塑物(80)と接続されることと、
を特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の方法。 - トラクションバッテリのための押出部品(10)を製造するための押出工具であって、前記押出工具がダイ(100)とパンチ(110)を有し、前記ダイ(100)が繊維格子(70)を収容するための収容装置(103)を有する、押出工具において、
-前記押出工具が、前記パンチ(110)の加圧方向(P)に沿って第1のポジションと第2のポジションとの間で調節可能である工具部品(120)を有することと、
-前記押出工具は、前記加圧方向(P)に対して横方向に延びる進出方向(R)に沿って第1の位置と第2の位置との間で調節可能である少なくとも1つのコア(101、102)を有することと、
-前記工具部品(120)は、前記コア(101、102)を収容するための少なくとも1つの収容開口(121)を有し、前記コア(101、102)は、それが第2の位置にあるとき、前記工具部品(120)がその第2のポジションにある場合にのみ前記工具部品(120)の前記収容開口(121)に進入可能であることと、
を特徴とする、押出工具。 - 前記収容装置(103)が前記ダイ(100)に凹部(103)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の押出工具。
