Claims (16)
- 接続ユニットであって、電池モジュールに用いられ、
前記電池モジュールを構成する電池セルを電気的に接続する接続板と、
複数の前記接続板が取り付けられ、相互に絶縁される絶縁膜と、を備え、
前記絶縁膜に脆弱部が設けられ、前記絶縁膜が所定値よりも大きい外力を受けると、前記絶縁膜は前記脆弱部の位置で変形及び/又は損傷し、
前記絶縁膜は第1絶縁膜及び第2絶縁膜を備え、
前記接続ユニットの高さ方向に沿って、前記接続板の少なくとも一部は前記第1絶縁膜と前記第2絶縁膜との間に位置し、
前記第1絶縁膜及び前記第2絶縁膜の両方に前記脆弱部が設けられ、前記接続ユニットの高さ方向に沿って、前記第1絶縁膜に位置する前記脆弱部と前記第2絶縁膜に位置する前記脆弱部とは対応して設けられ、
前記接続ユニットの高さ方向に沿って、前記第1絶縁膜の前記脆弱部と前記第2絶縁膜の前記脆弱部はずれて設けられる、接続ユニット。 - 前記脆弱部は第1本体部及び第1弧状部を備え、
前記第1本体部の延伸方向に沿って、前記第1本体部の端部に前記第1弧状部が接続される請求項1に記載の接続ユニット。 - 前記第1本体部の断面は矩形であり、前記第1弧状部は円弧構造であり、前記第1本体部の両側壁に接し、
前記第1弧状部の直径Dは前記第1本体部の幅寸法aに等しい請求項2に記載の接続ユニット。 - 前記第1弧状部は開口を有する円形構造であり、前記開口を介して前記第1本体部に連通し、
前記第1弧状部の直径Dは前記第1本体部の幅寸法aよりも大きい請求項2に記載の接続ユニット。 - 前記第1絶縁膜の前記脆弱部と前記第2絶縁膜の前記脆弱部との最小間隔はtであり、且つ0<t≦0.5mmである請求項1に記載の接続ユニット。
- 高さ方向に沿って、前記第1絶縁膜と前記第2絶縁膜は重ね合わせ接続され、それらの重ね合わせ接続部分は前記第1絶縁膜の前記脆弱部と前記第2絶縁膜の前記脆弱部との間に位置する請求項5に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記第1絶縁膜の前記脆弱部は第1貫通孔として設けられ、前記第2絶縁膜の前記脆弱部は第2貫通孔として設けられる請求項1に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記第1貫通孔の幅寸法aは前記第2貫通孔の幅寸法b未満である請求項7に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記第1貫通孔の長さ寸法L1は前記第2貫通孔の長さ寸法L2よりも大きい請求項8に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記第2貫通孔の長さ寸法L2と前記第1貫通孔の長さ寸法L1とはL2≦L1-2*D(Dは第1弧状部の直径である)を満たす請求項9に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記第1絶縁膜に第1ビアが開口され、前記第2絶縁膜に第2ビアが開口され、
前記接続ユニットの高さ方向に沿って、前記接続板の接続部は前記第1ビアと前記第2ビアとの間に位置する請求項1に記載の接続ユニット。 - 前記接続ユニットは、前記接続板に電気的に接続するための回路基板をさらに備え、前記絶縁膜は前記回路基板と前記接続板とを一体に接続する請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 前記脆弱部は隣接する前記接続板の間に位置し、及び/又は、前記脆弱部は前記接続板と前記回路基板との間に位置する請求項12に記載の接続ユニット。
- 電池モジュールであって、
電極リード線を備える電池セルと、
請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の接続ユニットである接続ユニットと、を備え、
前記接続板の接続部は前記電池セルの電極リード線を接続することに用いられる電池モジュール。 - 電池パックであって、筐体と、請求項14に記載の電池モジュールとを備え、前記電池モジュールは前記筐体内に固定される電池パック。
- 電池セルを電源として使用する装置であって、
前記装置に駆動力を供給するための動力源と、
前記動力源に電気エネルギーを供給するように構成される請求項14に記載の電池モジュールと、を備える装置。
